Can you please share what is the cultivar subject in 645 (main subject) and 719 (bottom center slightly right)?
Thanks!
719 is White Tahoe Cookies X Godfather Kush...it's got the big ol fat fan leaveswith 9 and 11 blades from Godfather kush but also has a bit of structure and 5 blade leaves from the WTC strain... The other is Lingerie x father time.. lingerie has sherbiniskis pink panties crossed with Humboldt seed company's blueberry headband. Father time is alien og x godfather kush..the lingerie is where the beautiful structure came from in this one it really stretched her out and gave her a nice balance leave to bud ratio..this is also a sativa leaning pheno

But superior in what ways? Growth rate.... no.. not really..... yield.... no.. not really. Depending on genetics of course. Again, I been down that rabbit hole. Indoors, is too messy. Outside, that would probably be the way I'd go, but I'd prefer KNF.

Living soils drawback is the decaying organic matter. It attracts bugs, good and bad. Indoors it can be a nightmare, or a PITA running an ipm.

I'm not downing it really. I enjoyed it, but not the cons that come with it.

More power to you though, and good luck.
When it comes down to it, the organics really have tastier terps. Look I got pot for almost every run I've done in the past 3 years from hydro to organic no till some are the same genetics. The tastes and effects are better organically grown. I don't know why that is. I'm not a scientist, and I'm not biass one way or another...it's just my personal experience and opinion..bugs aren't a problem if you grow in a airtight small area like the size of a standard bedroom it's economical.. I use CO2. But I can because where I grow there are no children or pets that could have access to space. To kill bugs I up the CO2 to 15000ppm for 3 hours, and then vent it out, I do this for 3 days..it displaces O2 and essentially suffocates pests info it 3 days because of eggs..

I hear a similar sentiment echoed by Kevin Jodrey via YT videos. Storage of product, as well.
Here's a stem

These are both Lingerie X Father time

You can see the branching habits are different. One is more akin to indoor and a bit bushier..The other has better all around structure, dam near perfect for indoor or outdoor. It takes up a larger footprint, but light can penetrate deeper into the canopy with little to no manicuring. These are also stress tested to the max and sexually solid. Really this is a example of great genetics.

Guaranteed Analysis
We know and have general parameters to grow healthy abundant and excellent herbs fruits and vegetables.. Especially If your growing from seed or several different cultivars, there will be variances to the parameters as each phenotype and cultivar is not the same genetically. The plants react and show us toxicities, ph issues, deficiencies etc and then we react and try to correct it as soon as possible. Essentially we are playing God with the plant. And there are some very good growers out there that do a wonderful job and grow awesome cannabis. But we humans do not know better then the plant. When you have a thriving healthy microbial environment in your soil, those microbes work symbioticly with each plant around its rootzone, the microbes, they do this work for the glucose the plants send down their roots at night. For optimal plant health, it start with soil health. Basically we are tending to the dirt and microbes and letting the microbes do our work for us..We just do not know better then the individual plant. That is a guaranteed analysis.

Does the term rust refer to red streaking on stems and petiole?
"Rust" is the brown/maroon blotches cannabis and other plants exhibit for several reasons including calcium deficiency, I am not a fan of blindly throwing Epsom salt into reservoirs or soil as it can throw off the calcium among other negetives.and no the red streaking on stems and different parts of the biomass is a very common symptom, sometimes it's genetic but sometimes it's a stress tell.

Can you use both?
We do use both. Well, ferts have the chemicals that are in Cal/Mag and Epsom salts. The trick is to make them available to the plant in the right quantity and proportions.

Sometimes a plant has unusual requirements for a particular chemical and sometimes we muck of the mixture but a lot of times, there's something in the grow environment that stops certain chemicals from being absorbed. The chemical is in the soil/reservoir water but, something is a bit out of whack so a certain chemical isn't being taken up. It's not that there's a shortage of that chemical, the issue is that something in the environment is not allowing the plant to absorb it.

epsom=magnesium=mag. I’ve never used a cal/mag product but if I were I’d find a product that has the ratio of cal-mag you’re looking for. I would hope a decent company has done some research and follow instructions. Crawl, walk then run

I don't know.

Calcium and Magnesium are basic ingredients in fertilizers. "CalMag" as a product is often used to fix nutrient issues. Some ferts use Epsom salts as part of their formulation but Epsom salts are also use to address nutrient imbalances.

Without more information, including pictures, of the issue no one can make a diagnosis and that's the first step to proposing a fix for the problem.
