Ok, that's a load off my mind. Thanks9 days isnt very long imo.
give it another week
assuming its healthy, etc.
I have been growing autos. May I ask how many days old these plants are before you flipped them? I am trying to learn more about the photo period. Your plants look healthy. It's been 9 days since I flipped into 12/12, I've actually increased it to 10/14(10h on) 6 days ago.
They just won't flip?
I've cooled down the tent a little more to simulate fall.
What else can I do? Should I just wait?

8 weeks old before flipping. In retrospect I think I waited a bit too long, someone said they won't get that much bigger anyway. Don't quote me on that though.I have been growing autos. My tent is short. My friend says his photos grow in height like wildfire for 2-3 weeks after flowering starts. I have a Do Si Dos that is 2-3 weeks from harvest it is 46 inches tall, I am stressing about light burn. I can't raise the light any more. I have to better stress training next time. I was afraid I would kill them so I did not stress strain them much. Another rookie mistake8 weeks old before flipping. Thanks for your reply, I'll give my tent a thorough cleaning. I doubt it's gonna get rid of it though, as I've done it a few times alreadyPM is a problem, and you should do whatever it takes to get rid of it before full blown flower. If it's on your floor and reflector just a matter of time before it's on your plant if it isn't already.
Someone else may say differently but yeah fuck PM.
You fell prey to 'bro science'.I was told by people to "never top a auto" so I didn't.
Do you have any idea what it is then? I have this white, somewhat greasy layer of something on my floor and reflector, I assumed it was PM. It seems to come when my humidity goes above 70%(I haven't bought a proper humidifier yet).Pm Doesn't grow on floors and metal.
Another possibility is your plants are too immature. You need to know what their phyllotaxy is, mature cannabis plants have alternating, immature are opposing8 weeks old before flipping. Btw, I've got PM on my floor and reflector, but not on the plants as far as I can tell. Will this be a problem? I clean it off regularly but it comes back quickly. My humidity went way past 60% sometimes.
According to some users I don't have PM, so not sure how to handle that yet. I did clean out my tent today, will see how it goes. Do you think my description above describes PM? A white layer of something that looks like fog/condensation on windows, wipes off easily. It's not condensation as it makes the cloth white.Another possibility is your plants are too immature. You can run plants 12/12 from seed but until they reach maturity you won't see flowering. Flowering auxins take about 2 weeks to kick in. Anyway this is a god send considering your environment. Get all the PM cleared up and clean all your fans, blowers and filters. Best of luck on this.
Are you running an ultrasonic humidifier without using distilled water? How about your air access? The pattern etc...? If it's not also on plants I'd guess it wasn't PM but I live in the desert where our humidity is under 20% so most of the folks around here know more about PM than I do. One way to test would be to move the plants out and let the fans etc....... run after cleaning them and if it recurs it's not PM.According to some users I don't have PM, so not sure how to handle that yet. One of the plants have alternating nodes, one does not. I wasn't aware of this fact you mention, so thanks for that. After creating this thread I just spotted my first white pistils so I guess I'm good.
I still have some root rot and drooping to deal with, so I'm still worried. I'm watering every 2nd day now(coco).

I wish you well on this, sometimes just figuring stuff out is the hardest part, ok at least for me it was LOL
If it's a very fine white powder that's exactly what it is let me trek up to my grow and see if there's someplace I didn't clean up completely. Here ya go:Ultrasonic humidifier, no distilled water (it's $8 pr Litre here....)
Ahh, you're right!! Sorry about your humidifierIf it's a very fine white powder that's exactly what it is let me trek up to my grow and see if there's someplace I didn't clean up completely. Here ya go:
