Jack could perhaps obtain a warrant for other outtakes from other foxnews shows, that Ted was on. Did he and Tucker talk off camera?
People have been convicted of seditious conspiracy and more are going to be from the WH, and it looks like Ted could be part of that conspiracy, Jack is interested and he will get all the outtakes from foxnews where Ted or others were speaking on or around J6 and after.

In an MSNBC exclusive, MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber reports on new tape recordings of Sen. Ted Cruz and Fox's Maria Bartiromo. Cruz is caught pushing a fake “commission” to steal the 2020 election and outlining his plot just four days prior to January 6th, 2021.
Melber breaks down the damaging "Cruz tapes" and how Cruz went from a Trump foe to a planner of 2020 plot for Trump.

I hope they stick with him through all the indictments and trials and keep republican candidates tied to him too and make it hard for them to distance themselves from him. I hope they stick with when he is in prison for years to come and hope hundreds of the dumb fucks are camped outside his prison for a decade!

It does look like Donald will win the nomination even if he is indicted and convicted of felonies in 2 different states and federally on two different cases. When will they jump ship? If the base doesn't let go of the Great White hope, then the candidates will have to stick with him all through the indictments, trials and convictions. He will already be in prison by election day and there will be ongoing trials, or he could be awaiting sentencing on other charges like a J6 conviction for conspiracy to commit insurrection. If he wins the GOP nomination and is convicted of insurrection before the election, the secretaries of state would have to remove him from the ballot by law. Trump could not run or hold any federal office, so in the 2024 election Joe might be the only one running except for independents. There is over a year and a half until the election, plenty of time to convict him for the documents and the J6 insurrection. That of course does not count the state charges and trials and we have court dates for NY and an approximate indictment date in Georgia.

The longer Donald runs around the tighter a lock he has on the GOP nomination, his pending difficulties don't seem to matter to the base, who continue to be fact free. This will put the republican house and senate candidates in a difficult position of having to cling to and defend Trump all the way to their primaries as he goes down in flames and tries to run from a prison cell and then is disqualified by insurrection. As it stands now some secretaries of state won't put him on the ballot because they say he is an insurrectionist, and he would have to sue to get on the ballot. Now imagine Donald trying to sue over insurrection, Jack would be sitting in on discovery!

i'd like to see the raw data from that poll, where it was taken, the way the questions were framed...

this is true, you always get the zealots first...
They are sticking with the bastard, and I figure will continue to, everybody knows what is coming at Trump like a freight train over the next 6 months and it is well over a year and a half before the election. If the base sticks with him then the candidates will have to until their primaries. If he wins the nomination, and it looks like he could, then there is a very good possibility of the republicans being left high and dry with a disqualified candidate and Joe having the field to himself! That would be stranger than fiction but none the less has a high likelihood of happening!

Open primaries in all 50 are the only way out that I can see to get rid of extremists.
they can have as many or as few primaries as they want, they're irrelevant, really, just another type of popularity contest, they're beauty pageant winners at the state level looking to become Miss America...And everyone knows who is going to win primaries before they ever hold them, and it ain't miss congeniality.

Here is the republican nomination calendar, I wonder how Donald will be doing and where he will be by the end of this year. The NY trial does not start until Dec 4th. Georgia might indict him in August with a trial not before 5 or 6 months minimum. The wild card is Jack Smith, when will he indict him over the secret documents and obstruction of justice, how long will Trump have to prepare for trial and how long will the trial take? If he is convicted over the docs, the cuffs will go on in court and if he mouths off too much after indictment, he could end up in a DC jail until trial.

This is the situation as I see it and this is the GOP primary Calander, make your own guesses. On a side note, the proud boys seditious conspiracy trial is winding down after 4 months and going to a jury soon.
