Common sense for growers to want rec especially surrounded by black market states.

Our city government spoke out against this saying we would not be able to attract new business and to not support SQ820. I think many mid-sized communities feel the same way.

Its funny people think the dispos make the city look trashy....not the trafficked women in all those fuckin massage parlors that are on every street. Or the trash and homeless people...on every corner...not doggin okc...i grew up there and my family is there...but shit...weed is the last problem in that town

I just realized trade/share has been allowed on RIU, so i posted a thread. If any of my Oklahomies want a free share of some beans from my garden, just send me a DM.

I'm glad to see that share/trade is allowed here now. I made this thread to share/trade seeds made in my garden. If you have something from your own garden to share back at me, I'd be grateful to add it to my collection. Here's my 2022 garden. Here are the varieties I currently have...

I consulted a Grow Op about 45 min from me on Fri... The owner told me that his Cali head grower was ...... ummm sensitive to his methods. I handled him with kid gloves. But, the owner text me back today to have me back long term as a consultant, saying that his head grower was "disconnected".... hope I didn't get this guy fired, but his methods were very inefficient.

@Tracker .... this dude was growing in coco cubes, which is fine.... Ph reading were good, but he was packing in too many plants, little to no training, and not enough leg room for the root system. Just making about 70% larf that they were selling to processors... who pay literally nothing for biomass. Top colas looked ok, but he was also harvesting too early. Good Op, but it needs some work, and redirection. The owner is very cool and open to an outside opinion. But, that's his job is to make an op produce, and be efficient at the same time.

Bottom line, an employee has to be worth more for the company than the cost of employment. If his method is not bringing the numbers, then he has to change the method or the company has to change employees.

.. and Im afraid Im going to have to change that up. I hate it, but business is business. This head grower is not really open to change.
