Be great to drip feed a seedling? That’s about itthe ones that fit my search didnt flow close 100 ml/minute. I know there were/are a bunch with much higher flows, at much higher cost.
the longer run times would wear/fatigue the tubing that does the pumping.
I was probably overthinking it. It was a few years ago now.

I've done some more digging and it seems most irrigation controllers are 24v. I have reached out to inkbird to see if they would do a 12v version. You can get 24v self priming pumps, but they are about 2x the price.Just linked you to his IG acct on IG. Shame he shut the company down, It is literally the best thing I’ve ever bought for my grow

No!use the 24v to switch a relay for the 12v power
it'll cut run times in halfNo!
Just hook that bitch straight up.
Yit'll cut run times in half
I started making prototypes too!View attachment 5261105
this is like my 4th design. At this point I suggest just buying premade ones. Took me all day to build 23 of them. My fingers are all sore and bruised.
Do your fingers hurt yet?I started making prototypes too!
Haha fingers always hurt. I work with them all day long. I dunk my pipe in warm water beforehand and it helps soften it and make it more pliable.Do your fingers hurt yet?
These are pressure compensating at .6 and “self flush.” I’m hoping this is the final design.
Great idea! I’ll give that a try when I attach these rings to my pots/plants. Once you got a design you’re proud of share a pic of it.Haha fingers always hurt. I work with them all day long. I dunk my pipe in warm water beforehand and it helps soften it and make it more pliable.
right on, I dig the double loop.
Hmmm. They are 2gph. I haven't tested them yet. Because I run 2 lines per pot I'd attach each line to a dripper feeding the ring 4gph. From the flow off each one I figured it would be ok....right on, I dig the double loop.
what’s the gph of the drippers? I had issues with the previous design because I was only running 2gph total per ring and it didn’t build enough pressure to equalize the flow through 5 punched holes. If I increased the gph or decrease the size of the holes in the tubing it probably would have worked.
I'm no pro, but if you have any questions or anything feel free to ask. If I can help I'm more than happy to!
