To feed or not to feed. That is my question

What’s up everyone
Been on the low enjoying my last pull that was over a year ago.. started er up again but I think I need some guidance.. do not know if this is under fed ladies or overfed. I’m leaning towards underfed but don’t want to shoot myself in foot with another feed.

1/6 sprout. Light on 24/7, autos. Error seeds kali mist. Mephisto 3 bears OG, sour stomper and skywalker

temps are usually 73-83 depending on the day
RH is 40-60%. Higher after waterings of course

Topped them on 2/7 with a top dressing of dr earths 4-4-4. Went light on it from what the bag said.
also did a fox farm trio feed Lower than recommended about a week after the top dressing

the soil was from my last run and sorta recharged with some new FFOF

soil is FFOF with perlite and EWC

thinking the soil is/was depleted of all the good stuff

Here are some pics The SIP I’m running is brand new FFOF with a double grape auto in it. Doing good so far with that.
But the other 4..

They look thirsty or hot so you should raise your lights higher if you can or decrease light intensity. Otherwise they look plenty fed just look like mine did before I placed them lower and raised my lights the sugar leaves were looking wilted and skinny and droopy.

They'll also need more phosphorus and potassium going forward more then nitrogen but they'll still need some for stretching.

Could be the angle of the pictures as well though, with the light that low and nearly full blast let your plants rest at least 4 hours you'll definitely notice them rest and perk up because while they'll grow and flower no matter what light schedule they can only absorb but so much light in a day (DLI) and exceeding what they can use is just more energy wasted and more on your electric bill.

how much epsom salt per gallon? I’m due for a watering tomorrow morning. Usually around a half gallon to get a little run off. Not much run off tho. Pots are much much heavier after watering. Pretty good with the heft test

air movement is a AC T6 on speed 5-6 along with 2 desk fans. Got some good plant shake going on Maybe a little much? Did have some twisted leaves and still have some

wondering how long the 4-4-4 dry ferts will take to kick in or if they already did.

Raised lights to about 20”

temps are like 80*F. RH 45%

I run 24/7 for temperatures sake.. in uninsulated garage Posted my build of it last year. I have lows in the 30s this time of year

and I’m with you on the DLI I did the math on the electric. This tent cost me about 1$ a day to run

Sounds good I use a teaspoon per gallon two or three times through the whole grow usually once during veg, right before I flip and about five or so weeks into flower it helps keep things good and happy.

Oh I see, I think a cheap heater you can put on a smart plug would help if you had one would greatly help. You can also bump up the phosphorus and potassium higher then nitrogen in your stage of flowering they need it, if you haven't hit them with the full macro micro nutrients in their respective dosages.

NPK ratio of 1-3-2 is how I go and sometimes I'll bump those P-K ratios higher based on what the leaves are showing. I foliar feed as well though anytime I see deficiencies, especially when I'm unable to water until the next day or so. The great thing about foliar feeding is it encourages them to drink up and thus feed more. Things like molasses, kelp and silica.

My plants here on the left Critical Orange Punch at 8 weeks old (needs more phosphorus) one in the middle is Critical + 2.0 9 weeks, the big one on the right is Northern Lights also 9 weeks all in 7 gallon air pots.

The baby underneath is also NL but 3 weeks old and trust me in optimal conditions they EAT a lot more and will start drinking a lot more.

So if you're afraid of overfeeding via soil for lockout treat deficiencies in between with your tailor made foliar solution.

will add epsom salt to water tomorrow for sure

I do have a 200watt desk top heater in there hooked up to an ink bird controller. 70*F min 75*F max but since I upped the lighting output to almost max the temp has gone up to about 80*F
That also made me increase the fan speed too. Used to have it set on 2 just to get negative pressure

i am pulling conditioned air from house that’s usually 65-70*F this time of year. Exhaust is just venting into garage for now

having condensation at end of vent pipe but it’s pitched down ward to flow out of the uninsulated duct out of the tent
