Possible stunted autoflower, please look at photo

So this is a fast buds gorilla cookies auto. Planted about 8 weeks ago. Around mid-summer I planted two of the same strain and they grew to about 3 ft tall. This particular plant though is only about 10 in tall and has been in the pre-flower stage for about 2 weeks now. Germinated using the paper towel method, ocean forest soil. I'm pretty sure I'm not overwatering or underwatering. Overall the plant looks really healthy. I just feel that for 8 weeks old it should be a lot taller. My guess is it's the cold weather and semi-foggy days. In the 8 weeks it's been around the temps have varied from the low 40s to the mid-50s. Every once in awhile the '60s with a sunny day here and there. So my best guess is a combination of cold weather and lack of good direct sunlight due to the fact that the ones I grew in the summer were pretty nice and I've changed in nothing from that grow to this one. What are you guys's thoughts on this?

That’s a monster if you are growing it without artificial light. Especially this time of year.

With those conditions you listed she's very healthy and resilient. If you can try giving supplemental light and keep her warmer she'll reward you more for your effort.

Wow, I didn't expect that type of response. I didn't know that my plant was doing so well. But I am still concerned. The two plants I grew over the summer were almost 3 feet tall. Why is this one barely reaching a foot tall? Is it because of the cold weather I mentioned mostly in the 40s to mid 50s? To mid 50s? I'm feeding it absolutely perfect. My only guess is that it's the cold weather that's keeping it so small. what are your thoughts on that. I live in San Francisco and it's very cold right now

It's absolutely the conditions that are stunting her growth but she's still healthy and doesn't appear stressed out, it's just less then optimal conditions preventing her from growing the same way her sisters did in Summer.

Bring her indoors and under some light if you can.

Temperature and the intensity of the light. As the angle of the sun changes the lumens will increase.
