Did the bulkhead fitting not come with gaskets? Should be one inner and one outer gaskets.

It did. Doesn't leak from the hole it leaks from the threads from the hose end, to the bulkhead. I'll grab a shot
I actually caulked in the bulkhead, so it can't leak through.

I would look at Banjo fitting, the are made in the US and I have never had any issues with them.

Trying to dial in my ec. Doing 3 irrigations a day with 1.4ec. Was up around 2.0 when I noticed some problems so I've dialed it back a bit for now

Stretch Armstrong in the back there is sour ripper. She stanks something mighty, but I'll prob pheno hunt through the pack and find one with less stretch. Unless she packs a dick punch then maybe I'll keep her around.

Ya I'm not sure what the problem is exactly. I got a cheap pack (bulk). So maybe the measurements are off a bit. Duno

silicone seals well, fills voids. just have to let it sit for a day to cure.
for metal threads (like brass) I use pipe dope.

Yea I have some dope. I also have pipe dope. . Haha. Seriously tho I used the PVC friendly kind on my threads for the 1/2" PVC pipe

I would think there should be a rubber compression washer inside your hose fitting that should compress against the bulkhead fitting to prevent leakage around the threads. When the hose fitting is tightened, it should compress the rubber washer and seal. But take care not to break the bulkhead fitting.

You are 100% correct, but it still leaks. Lol. I just tried tightening it with a wrench and it just keeps spinning. So the thread is fd, or too small or whatever. Will try a diff bulkhead or drain me thinks
