PALM COAST, Fla. – A Palm Coast 18-year-old was arrested around 12:40 Monday morning during an undercover operation set up by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

Commissioner Joe Mullins reached out to the sheriff’s office after he received a text offering to sell him an “eight-ball” of cocaine, according to Sheriff Rick Staly.

Jack Edward Fisher,18, arranged to meet with Mullins at the shore of a pond near Bird of Paradise Drive in Palm Coast. Fisher was arrested after he walked up to the undercover vehicle to make the sale.

Florida man busted after trying to steal from Walmart during ‘shop with a cop’ event

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says a man they refer to as “Brad” was arrested at a St. Cloud Walmart after trying to steal items at the same time about 40 deputies were inside as part of a “Shop with a Cop” event, WTTV-TV reported.

The post said the store was “full of deputies, almost 40, beside the forensics team, the community services team, the CSOs, the OCSO Majors, and Sheriff Marcos R. Lopez. Bad idea, Brad.”

The deputies were inside the Walmart store as part of an event that involves police officers shopping with children for the holidays.
