Hmm, crispy quinoa? Hows does one do that?

Google and check out a few. If I started making it at home my husband would have to hitchhike to his VA Appointments so I can't give you a recipe I've tested. Please report back if you find a good one you like. I'd LOVE to replicate that salad, kind of, <-- ambivalence.

Mashed whatever I could find in my fridge and pantry together and came up with this. Meal prep for the week at work too, which I do every Sunday

Lean ground beef
celery
corn
mushrooms
broccoli
can of mushroom soup
dash milk
butter
2 packs of macaroni and cheese powder (tossed the trash pasta)
garlic
chives
random pasta from pantry
