Terrorism in North Carolina?

It's a good idea to decentralize and localize power in the electricity sense and in the power over ourselves, but not over others sense. Both could lead to a more peaceful and less vulnerable situation.

Terrorism? All things held in place by involuntary institutions are a kind of violence and terrorism. Meaning there is no political party or persuasion exempt from violence and power lust.

Republican violence ? Nah, they were all in church on Sunday.

California? That's it!! It was probably Gavin Newsom, he hates electricity and may have been in the area banging a friend's wife or something. It's possible right? Didn't he do a dry run on that already? Well, not a "dry" dry run, hopefully a sloppy wet adulterous romp filled with thrills and intrigue!
Ask Texas about decentralizing and localized power.

Record cold temperatures plunged Texas into a power crisis last week, with millions in the state losing power. The failure demonstrates the vulnerability of power grids to shifting weather patterns that come with climate change. However, the situation in Texas was made more complex by the fact that it is the only state in the country with its own power grid,

But they can help identify who broke in. What kind of vehicle they used to crash the gate. Plus they have the tape for reference. Or whatever type mdia its stored on. Its much better than having nothong. Plus they could have alarm systems when the perimeter is breached.
What if the vehicle was stolen?

Who's this?

Many of them are watched by AI, who can send a near-real-time heads-up to responders. Expect that trend to grow.
Plus we could always have some kind of civil service sector jobs where people could log in and watch in real time the pings from the AI to then further filter it to the local authorities if it is actually something that looks suspicious or just something that the programming misinterpreted. That would be a great public sector job.

I agree, we don't need to necessarily criminalize being a foreign/right wing propaganda cuck, that is why I think exposing the con is so key.

We should be informing the people who are actually being catfishes when they are, how they are doing it, and maybe even give them a very detailed breakdown of their online activity that showed them where their vulnerabilities are, and then maybe some kind of actual qualified support to help them deradicalize, so that they can hopefully start to understand what that they are seeing more often while online/watching hate tv or listening to.
you talk like they want to understand...they do not.
you can't teach people who will actively fight being taught. all you can do is isolate them and remove the means of destruction from them.
we desperately need all those mental hospitals that the reagan administration shut down, back on line, and full of these kinds of people.
you know they don't give you a release date when they place you for "observation"...the doctors get to decide when and if you ever get to leave.

so do fucking nothing? that is unacceptable.
NC has laws that will make those responsible, also responsible for any deaths that are caused by this...there are a lot of old and poor people in Moore county, it's below freezing...there will be deaths.
the F.B.I. is now involved. leads will be investigated, people will not want to be implicated, they will talk...it's just a matter of time till those responsible are caught.

Who said do nothing? I was merely pointing out that any potential low quality video footage would be of no use. There's much more that can be done and should have already been done to secure vital infrastructure. But you can't protect it all. The electrical power grid in the United States has 120,000 miles of transmission lines. It's not feasible to secure it all to a level that sabotage can't occur.

one thing that will happen is that AI pattern recognition could identify someone as cocooned as Michelin Man above by how he moves or some other calculable property that our visual cortices don’t do well. It will get progressively less possible to be anonymous or unobserved.

they have cameras that can record a license plate at night in the rain...i know they do, because i've gotten a ticket for rolling a stop sign at 3 am in the heavy ass rain...the shit cameras in 7-11 are just that, shit. and even those shitty images can tell a trained professional a lot...skin color, hair color, height, build, gait...the way you walk is quite distinctive.
they never installed cameras in these places because it's only recently that people have gone fucking insane enough to justify the expense, but i bet you my last dollar you're going to start seeing them, a lot...quick.
America never seems to do a fucking thing until it HAS to...this seems to qualify as HAS to to me.
