How to help the seedlings grow?

7 Bubba Kush seeds from CKS. All popped. Planted in soil, indoors under a Viparspectra 300 watt LED. They popped up fast once under light, but now two of the seedlings have yellow leaves, and they're all growing slow. Please let me know how I can help them improve....

Specs:

It's been one week under the LED light - which is about 12 inches above plants.
No nutes. I water them morning and night with collected rain water as they look quite dry.
Humidity 40.
Temp 68 degrees.
5 planted in jiffy peat pots. 2 with yellow leaves live in small clay pots.
Organic soil.
All plants are about half inch tall.
Window in room is cracked during the day for air.
24 hour LED light cycle.

All thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Temp 68 degrees.

This is likely 90% of your slow growth issue. I deal with it every winter.

I would stick to well water if you have it and raise the temps.

Rain is good. 300 watts of LEDs at 12” will knock the shit out of any seedlings, way too much light.

There is the light...
Watering a seedling day and night sounds like two much water too...they don't drink much and you end up just saturating the medium.

Pics would help. Surprised no one has mentioned the rh of 40%, especially at the seedling stage. Even with temps that low (should at least be a few degrees higher) that’s an awful high vpd for babies. Pretty sure I’m dealing with some of the same problem, except opposite end of the temp problem spectrum. Too hot with too low rh is also problematic.
Also, I’d suggest switching to 18/6 for your cycle, even from the beginning. You wouldn’t want someone leaving your bedroom light on all night, would you? They like their sleep, just like we do.

Tks for all ur suggestions. I collect ur ideas, raise light, watering and add an fans. Try to switching to 18/6 cycle. Hope this could help plants improve.

Or buy a seedling mat. They’re cheap enough.

Temps are too cold and sometimes you will get shitty slow plants when popping seeds. That's part of the fun. Take note of which plants are more vigorous so you can take cuttings and grow them more than once.

During this time of year I switch from LED to T5 lighting in my clone/seedling room.

I had 1 "stall" for a good 2-3 weeks for my summer run this year. It hit its 3rd set of leaves, then just stopped. All the other plants were growing like crazy, and this one just didn't want to do anything. We held on to it hoping it would make it, low and behold, it FINALLY started to take off, and once it did, it took about 3 weeks and it was caught up with the rest of the herd, and turned out to be the 2nd tallest plant out of the bunch this year.
Get your temp and humidity up and watch your watering on the little ones.
Don't give up on them, and hopefully they start getting better and produce a bountiful bowl of goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!
