Looks nicely done!Got tired of the local takeaway Chinese so made my own lemon chicken.
Came out very nicely indeed! Bit of MSG and we’ve got a winner here.

Thanks! Came out well even tho I didn’t have any sesame oil. I really like the use of lemon zest in this recipe. Helps that lemon flavour really shine through!Looks nicely done!
I'm surprised how many people aren't aware that lemon, orange, lime etc..... zests give you the concentrated flavor from the oils vs the juice. I have a kaffir lime tree who is putting out her first years limes! I need to pull my 1 lime she made (I use for curry paste). Next year she'll bear moreThanks! Good looking out for us! especially with Halloween on the horizon.
Same with Baclava - I zest a fresh whole lemon when I make it and it takes the flavor up a couple notches above the dried stuff. Thanks! Came out well even tho I didn’t have any sesame oil. I really like the use of lemon zest in this recipe. Helps that lemon flavour really shine through!
Some advice, as we have also bought sides of beef for the last few years and had 100 pounds of ground beef to deal with…..shepherd's pie and a few pints of guiness?
They started opening those up here in Oregon and I don't understand why people would wait in line for an hour or more at the grand opening to get a damn hamburger. I remember all the hype about Chick fil A as well. When I finally ate at one I was thoroughly disgusted. Soggy greasy fries and a flavorless chicken sandwich. I took a couple bites and then deposited the rest in the trash. My recollection of Wendy's chicken sandwiches were better. I'll skip the In and Out to avoid being disappointed.we got 2 ins/outs in Co Springs now!!! 3x3 animal style xtra pickles. i hate their fries.
I have heard a BJ with pop rocks in the mouth is interesting, I have no personal experience with that however.
yep! love that too.Google: “Moussaka”
Halls are fun as wellI have heard a BJ with pop rocks in the mouth is interesting, I have no personal experience with that however.
i do too. late nights at college and driving there and praying the "hot now' sign was ON. those things just melted in your mouth.I also remember when Krispy Kreme donuts showed up
Yeah they need to be fresh.i do too. late nights at college and driving there and praying the "hot now' sign was ON. those things just melted in your mouth.
They melt because they're all sugar. Years ago a lady where I was working brought a couple boxes back from a trip to Seattle before they had opened any locations around here. I tried one and couldn't finish it. Way too sweet for me. But people like them. My tastes are no better just different.i do too. late nights at college and driving there and praying the "hot now' sign was ON. those things just melted in your mouth.
exactly why they were so awesome. They melt because they're all sugar

Sesame oil has to be pure. You have to look at the ingredients. Much of it is peanut oil with just a little sesame oil added.I'm surprised how many people aren't aware that lemon, orange, lime etc..... zests give you the concentrated flavor from the oils vs the juice. Have you tried Kadoya sesame oil? I highly recommend
