I'm not going to knock your cooking. To me, using lots of cream and butter is too easy and not healthy. Most of the daily meals that I fix tend to emphasize vegetables and small portions of lean cuts of meat. Asian stir fries, Indian masala, Japanese yaki tori are more my style. Although I like just about everything if it's well cooked. My favorite meal is the one I didn't cook.

It was unusually rich fare for a mid week meal but the eggplant I bought at a local farm-stand was so good, I figured I'd honor it in a special meal. The recipe made eight servings. It's not going to last long.
