I've been on the sidelines but I'm BACK for another action packed winter medical grow season.

So this Federal Judge doesn't know how the Intelligence Community works apparently.

Prosecutors said in a new court filing that U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon’s decision to temporarily halt the FBI’s ability to probe the ex-president’s handling and storage of classified materials would cause “irreparable harm” to efforts by the intelligence community to protect national security interests.

What do you think? Was She making a move to become the youngest SCOTUS in history by deliberately throwing herself in front of the Trump Bus?

What is truly amazing is that people cannot see that they mean nothing to Trump. People are just noise to him. Something that gets in his way. He wipes his butt and tosses them aside and yet they line up to be used.

I'd like also to tell people about the MeidasTouch YouTube channel.
In the DOJ objection they give Judge Aileen Cannon an ultimatum. Yeah they are telling that Judge either go back and redo your decision or they will go over her head.
It turns out that Judge Aileen Cannon has actually ruled that the Intelligence Community cannot do their work. They are telling Judge Aileen Cannon that the responsibility for the protection of the USA is on her and she had better reverse herself.

So the next thing is Judge Aileen Cannon told the Trump team to respond by the 12th regarding the DOJ objection.

I know most rational people would believe she will do the partial reversal but this is Maga-Ville jurisdiction and she was appointed by Trump.
I'll put my money on Judge Aileen Cannon saying in essence "Make-Me."

What do Y'all think?

I consider this situation to be rapidly evolving. I occasionally let my sentiments off leash, but by and large I am watching and waiting.

I do not think she threw herself under the bus but is riding (in) it.

She lunged for the wheel with her sweeping favor to that man. I do not give her the benefit of imagining she is a victim of circumstance.

Her plan was to force this to the 11th Circuit and then to Scotus, both benches where the fix is in, with months of delay in that man’s favor.

It appears DOJ has a different plan, and I heartily approve.

Hey it looks like Trump tried to get Judge Aileen Cannon appointed to his fake RICO case as well. He tried to get Judge Aileen Cannon but got a different Judge and then Trump tried to get that Judge disqualified. That didn't work.
Perhaps this Judge Aileen Cannon is not innocent at all.

Now Trump can be sued for filing his RICO thing which the statute of limitations ran out on before he filed.

Yeah. Can anyone see SCOTUS ruling that National Security has to take a back of the Bus seat to the potential harm to the "Reputation" of Donald Trump?
Now why am I not 100% sure SCOTUS will pick the USA over Trump?

Considering that four of the nine, all Republicans, lied to Congress to attain the bench, I put nothing past this Scotus. I’m waiting for them to take the axe to Brown v. Board of Education.

As you said things are still fluid and we need to watch. Perhaps that is the thing we all need to do even if we are exhausted by the endless crises.

Well, I was watching some more commentaries and it seems Judge Aileen Cannon may well be trying to save face by asking the Trump Team if they will accept what the DOJ is objecting to rather than having her ruling overturned outright.

LOL Judge Aileen Cannon is asking Trump, a man that doesn't see people as important, a man that thinks he and he alone is all that matters, to accept that the investigation against him can continue ?

That man has raised weaseling out of responsibility to a dark art. I am hoping that all that hubris is going to get a stout dose of nemesis. It is one reason I do not want him to fall over sideways dead. It would take from us the salutary experience of seeing him fed, figurative feet first, into the grinder of the justice system he did so much to cripple. Imagine the insufferability of maga if they don’t get to see that man in involuntary orange for, well, being him.
