usa , just because our laws and current government allows such obvious loophole corruption does not mean I can’t disagree it only hurts the people and also should be changed. These loopholes allow many business put donations and misc and fully claim they are going to use that cash for misc deeds or give it to many people. The issue is just because their ad says it does not mean there is any tos or agreement they have to. That should be fraud and than some!
for example of my view, should we allow lobbyism just because it’s been cemented in so much? our senators to house and misc use 3/4 of their hard time on lobby money conversations vs doing what they were elected to, when this government was made it was made for a official to have another job and it was a honor based. These modern officials are using a very old system and loop holing it for their only desires and power .
if the people demanded the officials to do what it was intended but also demand a refresh of our government requirments on such, hints why many other countries have a lobby audit department . CA I think they have one, at least they are trying
another factor is would these elected officials just because they can lie on pre election on how they will change everything and do w/e u demand doesn’t mean shit. If the citizens forced population vote mandatory ( on all bills a normal citizen could recognize ‘understand) and the government officials can’t filibuster and bs crawl anything that isn’t connected with their interest that loo[ hole wouldnt be so easily corrupt. The officials can create, talk and write the bill. But the big differance we need is to Allow the people to have the final say and vote on them vs right now and allow corruption of money do the voting! Otherwise I don’t ever see progress for a true democracy.
people no matter what integrity if their party and how they progress into those powers, how do you expect change or ever to discuss we need change On those elected ways we do for our bills ? i object when people act like usa can’t progress and update such obvious loopholes for a modern country to allow since we allow citizens to vote them in why can’t we vote for majority of everything? not only woild it get people more involved if they want to in what could or not be a new bill/law but it will show it’s not being voted just because someone in those positions can’t just be paid off to vote that way as easily. Let em write or do the government side of progression but don’t let these leaders act like it’s impossible to update this obviously outdated system of government powers and how we decide to vote. to prove my point look how many good bills and things die just because of this party dominate killing filibuster. Remove that bs and look how much progression would excel but also maybe make ur vote even thou if ur part of a party shown as a vote for the bill and everyone’s vote is Anonymous in the senate/house and than it will sheild the, from the worry of being abused cause they actually can vote what’s in their views the correct vote vs obvious corruption team voting
