I'd go with OxiPhos over ZeroTol, has phosphorous acid as well as hydrogen peroxide.
Phosphorous acid is a systemic application for preventing mold, as well as a contact killer for bacteria and mold.
Thank you, I'll give it a try if the plant gets desperate in a month. Also ty for the chart, all those methods are helpful during veg, but when you come across this pest, you'll realize it's not just in a 100 foot radius of your garden. They multiply and are everywhere (literal hundreds in packs) within a 20 mile radius. Even if you eradicate them, new ones will come back, and they'll come back stronger in their adult phase with wings during flowering. What do we do? Will oxiphos and zerotol work considering they're not insecticides

I killed a red one (stage 4, just before adult phase) an hour ago. I slapped it while it was on the ground hard, I moved my hand and it hopped 4 feet away, nearly uninjured. I chased it for 5 minutes, when it returned to flatter ground near my peppers, I used my slipper and got it. It's FAST, and strong

I have not, and I don't believe glue traps would be effective since they hop around in their nymph stages. In August they will have their wings, bigger teeth and eat at woodier material (usually trees but our thick cannabis stalks is a feast for them). In addition, they swarm in big numbers. In a local park, I found them everywhere (hundreds)
Have you looked at pyrethrum? I use it for pests on my tomato’s and works well. Just make sure you use it at dawn as to not kill beneficial pollinators like bees. For seedlings I even cover with a ziplock bag to be sure they’re all in there getting zapped while bees don’t touch it.
Spray it off in the morning with water. Certified organic compound used in organic horticulture in Canada. Not to be confused with pyrethrin which is synthetic.

O saw q
Awesome, do you go to a bucket of just water after the peroxide dip??
Yes, most people do, don't know if thump just forgot to mention it, or not part of his process. The popular method is dip and swirl on the peroxide mix, then dip and swirl in clear water, hang to drip dry under a fans breeze. You will note a difference in appearance, however, you'll also appreciate the cleaners of the flower.
Note: if you are doing quantity, you'll want to skim the surfaces occasionally, as gunk floats to the top.

What do we do about the pandemic of spotted lantern flies? An invasive pest from china showed up in 2014 that's currently in 11 states along the east coast. I've found 10 of them in my backyard this year, resting along the main stems of my dream queen leaving the tomatoes/peppers alone. This will reach your state, it's not a matter of if but when. Because it's foreign, there are no natural predators; spiders will get them but they don't exclusively hunt this insect. I don't want to use pesticides. What options are on the table, and if pesticides NEED to be used, what will work? This invasive pest has a kill on sight warning, it sucks sap away from plants, and its honey-dew feces promotes black sooty mold growth. This is a serious concern

Ever see one of these?20220705_161641_resized.jpg

Did some removing of the upper larger center facing fans on all the plants and gave the blueberry plant a pretty heavy haircut. She's leaning heavy sativa and it the tallest and bushiest in the garden. The sun gets through the whole plant really good because the leaf blades are so thin and long node spacing but I figured if I thinned her out a bit the remaining 50 tops would be the better off than flowering 100 lol. And I really don't want to trim larf.

... i just now saw the grasshopper in the backround of the first pic. Son of a bitch! Ill get em
