Wtf is this

Root aphids maybe? Hard to tell from those photos. Since you're right there look up root aphids online and make the determination.
I thought it was root aphids myself but someone just told me they could be soil mites and because the soil is too wet

I've never run across them, but I've read they're vulnerable to sulfur. Do you have any micronized sulfur?
I don't but I have some em5
Essential oils don't kill aphids and stuff but it's supposed to repel them...it's a irritant and repellant

It's all I got on hand I can get whatever I need tho

looks like soil mites. Usually if they are attacking a freshly sprouted seed, its not good because they are decomposers and it usually means your seed embryo is dead.
Your sprout actually looks like it is doing ok despite all the mites that were on the shell. I'd just leave it alone and let the soil dry out a little bit, once the sprout hardens off a little it will be fine.

Thinking I should spray some of the em5 ? I was suppose already as a pest prevention but I figured I wouldn't have problems this early see I had these similar looking bugs last round...it's the same batch of soil but those bugs looked like they had a brown head these don't
