Community Corrections Facility in Colorado Springs. They are now being investigated for possible embezzlement and poor treatment of prisoners.

Oh and I guess you never heard about Tommy Chong he went to PRISON (the one he went to was privately owned BTW) for 9 months for endorsing a company that sold bongs online. That was not even possession bro. He did not own the company and the DEA used entrapment to even get him to sell bongs in a state that would prosecute such a ridiculous law.

I think his son was using the name chong to sell paraphanalia online and tommy new about it and technically endorsed it. They got him for selling them to people in counties that had prohibited such items. And for any state/local/federal govt to do that is in my opinion fucked up. You see our prison system is full of people just like you who smoke pot maybe grow pot. These people never committed a violent crime either. Why? You say.

Well we have created an industry out of imprisoning, prosecuting, and I would not be surprised if industry makes its way into enforcement. Big business makes lots of money and the motive is to make more money. How does a Prison Contractor make more money? You got it imprison more people!
