Update on the light, my budget for this light(for now) was pretty low. I added another 4ft fluorescent and this 315w CMH Link is to another site not my local shop. Link Here, This was not the price i paid. I know its not enough on its own but it will have to do for now.

i hate neem oil. it stinks like (and makes thing taste like) rotten thai food.
if you have a pest problem, you'd be better off mixing up a little hot sauce and dawn in a gallon of water and spraying them with that.
i really like spinosad, as long as you're not in flower yet. 3 to 4 treatments 3 days apart will kill any pest i've ever had to deal with.
if you are in flower, i'd stick to the hot sauce/dish soap solution, and then spray them with plain water the next day to wash the excess off, and repeat that 3 or 4 times, about 3 days apart. that gives any eggs time to hatch, and wipes out the older ones so they can't lay any more
I'm going to order some spinosad just incase i get pests later, can you suggest a brand? Everything in a spray bottle i see on amazon says "spinosad soap" or "with spinosad". Not seeing anything as Spinosad only. Thanks!

that was the other one i looked at.
it's worked really well for me, i've had spider mites 3 times in the past 5 years, and captain jack kicked their asses withing a week all three times. that's what i get for living in the south and having a lot of potted plants i move in and out of the house seasonally

captain jacks' dead bug brew" is the brand i use, think it's a monsanto product
Alright I got all my preventatives bought, Roger i took your Captain Jack suggestion.. just cuz I'm a Pirate at heart lol, one thing i noticed is "outdoor residential use only" any reason spinosad shouldn't be used in a tent indoors?

i've been using it for five years in a tent inside, and haven't noticed any ill effects, on me or the plants. i'll look into that, see if i can find out why it says that

I went with Monterey spinosad over cap jack. Heard cap jack works better but it’s “for organic gardening” where Monterey is OMRI.
