I now have 6 plants starting the 7th week of flower. 2 of the plants are from seeds and were easily 5 months old at the 12 &12 flip. In these 2, are where I see these dang "bananas". They are naked, meaning they have no pollen sac cover - so the forming pollen grains are kinda exposed I guess.
I dont see them in the clones that I took from these seed grown mothers. So in this grow, the flower time seems to accelerate at about week 5 and then the buds really swell and produce white hairs (stigmas). The hairs have about gone by week 7, and turned brown. Still a few white, but not many.
I dont think there is time for this pollen or seeds to mature before harvest at this stage.
But these naners surprised me and humble me since I cant seem to control them in this 2nd grow from the old seed plants. I may only use the clones from now on................
The seed plants are taller and have the naners in not more than 4 or 5 of the top buds but I am sure I am missing some of the naners in them.
So these naners may only produce female seeds if I gave them a chance?
Naners bother me.......... but these seem weak
