White label freebie of super silver haze of from NASC. Been out of the soil for a week or so, showing no signs of producing more nodes. No crown of growth or anything. She was slow from the start, taking the longest to pop. Had helmet head for a bit then was able to shake the seed but the coyteldons couldn't slip through the membrane on their own after a couple days of trying. Figured she be a bit behind but she was through the woods, now scratching my head. Her peers all getting their legs under them. Just happy frog soil and water so far.
Is that all shes got?

Might be a freek if it grows. Time will tell. You usually have 2-3x the growth underground you do above ground at this point. Problem is probably in the roots, tough pocket of soil or something... it might not like the happy frog, looks like true leafs are burnt

Yep just happy frog. It gets bit chunky for my liking but ive never had issues starting seeds in it. I usually try to comb through the top could inches and move the bark and woody chunks away from where the seed is going.

Probably what looks like rocks. Maybe just a crappy picture showing perlite.

That's what im guessing, besides perlite only other thing that would be in a soil mix i use would be lava rock or hydroton or the like. I started questioning myself like how high was I, did I use my base mix pre amendments for these? 99 percent sure this is only HF. Pretty much the reason I buy hf is just for seedlings.

Took another picture of some tree seedlings I just transplanted this past weekend into HF right from the bag. Looks about the same, beside the pots with perlite all risen to the top from flooding..

I had a bad case of helmet head this last time around, cotyledons were completely yellow by the time the helmet was completely freed-took 10 days for any new growth to start, but pulled through that. Should be fine, just might take a minute

Finally a nub of new growth appears, at almost a month old. Most of the others that were popped at the same time have been topped at 4th node by now. Actually pretty excited to see what she does now.

And she's back. Shes a freak so far, well see if she straightens herself out.
