More than doubled last grow!

So I waited 15 weeks for my Indica hybrid to finish. 13 days drying and finally weighed them up. Last grow I harvested at 9 weeks. Averaged 70 grams a plant (5 plants). This time I waited longer and the density was WELL worth it. This time they averaged 150 grams a plant (6 plants this time) under 650w in a 5x5. Very happy with this and would like to thank you all for the help.

how come you left them for so long? and were the buds 'ready' by week 8? or did they use the full 15 weeks to grow and ripen?

Took the full 15 weeks to ripen. At week 8 they really weren't ready. I listened to the advice of waiting until it was finished. The difference in yield is mind blowing. Just have to have the guts to trust the advice and you will definitely be rewarded :P

Yea it’s crazy how much weight is put on in the final weeks.

All about reading the plants. The last stage I find is when they take on this swollen look. Usually a week or 2 after 95% of the hairs are brown, another cue is that they stop drinking and takes a lot longer for the pot to dry out

Did you feed full strength for the full duration?

I have a chart that says i should taper down at week 6, by half until finish...so i did, now im on week 10...wonderin how a lengthier flower would figure in on tapering down.

Congrats mate that’s brilliant news, gotta say like I’ve never took no indica leaning xs anywhere near as long.

There’s a certain pride to be felt knowing that you tried something new and it worked and you’re pleased with the results. Especially something that has doubled your yield.

I must admit in the past I’ve harvested prematurely only to be disappointed across the board with potency flavour and yield.

good on you for having the patience also

Good for you bud, I always love to hear a "feel good" happy ending to any grow. Patience is key, but humility is paramount.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GIVE US SOME BUD PORN!!!!

I hope its soon. Only my second grow. Herm around week 7 due to light leak. But many other problems this grow like poor soil drainage.
