Look at you getting all fancy like ……There are 8 qb288's 3000K (only 6 are on in the pic) and 2 qb288's 4000K. When I get the new RSpecs, they'll go in the 4 corners.

Too bad - I really like the structure i got ( him ) to do.
No worries for me as i have others that are actually in bloom.

Wow! Nicely done! I just threw a couple UVA bars in my closet last night. It already had 2 260 Rspecs, a 135 Rspec, and 2 100's in it.Upgraded my old HLG 260 to Rspec. Then bought a new 260 Rspec Kit a aluminum plate and a UVA-30. And now I have a little monster,,,, LMFAO!!! I should polish up the aluminum plate or at least paint it. Still in veg on the current grow with two HLG 100 V2's. So I have a few more weeks.

My DIY Dual 260 Rspec w/UVA-30 is going into my 3' x 3' tent late veg to power through flower....Wow! Nicely done! I just threw a couple UVA bars in my closet last night. That's a beautiful job you did there. My shits all just hanging separately.
Some people think so, lol. I've got a bunch of HLG lights. They've been great. I also have a Mars, and love the ChilLed lights. I've been tempted to buy the Growcraft shit, but I was good and controlled myself, .Are you one of those HLG Closet Fan Boyz? LMAO!!! I don't do the Fanboy thing very much. The graph is the JIS Color Rendering Index chart. Can't remember if I've seen this on hlg site before or if it's new: https://horticulturelightinggroup.ca/collections/all/products/hlg-50
Cool. Can someone explain the fourth image or "graph" to me? With all the colored horizontal bars.
Also, it appears there's a new 'canadian' website, with pricing in cad including duties.

Thanks. The graph is the JIS Color Rendering Index chart.
R values are the colors and the 0-100 scale represents how accurately the light renders those colors compared to the referenced light source.
This is freaking amazing, would you be willing to share a list of parts required? Here's a a couple pics of the current setup.
The big frame is 4' x 4'. Each board can slide within its own smaller frame and the 3 smaller frames can slide within the big frame.

Looks like just aluminum angle. But I'll let him fill you in.This is freaking amazing, would you be willing to share a list of parts required?
Oh cool, I just looked it up, probably it for sure! I would love to build something like this, I always find myself wanting to adjust my lights to get the best spread over the plantsLooks like just aluminum angle. But I'll let him fill you in.
The frames are made of 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" aluminum angle. The outer frame bows from the weight of all the heatsinks and lights. So, if I was to remake the outer frame, I would make it out of 1" x 1" x 1/4" aluminum angle. This is freaking amazing, would you be willing to share a list of parts required?
Awesome thank you for the info! Definitely going to look at putting one of these together. I would love to be able to more precisely move my lights around to be in the best spot all the time! Haha easier than moving the plants! The frames are made of 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" aluminum angle. The outer frame bows from the weight of all the heatsinks and lights. So, if I was to remake the outer frame, I would make it out of 1" x 1" x 1/4" aluminum angle.
I forgot to mention, the outer frame is suspended by the the light hangers on thick dowels, so that the outer frame can move also.
I have the 2800b, 2 boards in series, 320 or so watts. Dont really see the point of the waterproof connections considering there is nothing waterproof about the boards or connections to the boards. I did use heat shrink butt's for the ac connections. So I wanted to re design a 650R with a DIY set-up using 4 diablo boards with the single heatsink on each. I am going to run these in pairs i.e. 2 boards to 1 driver. I plan to use the
HLG 320H C2800B to drive 2 boards in series. I seem to remember someone here dissatisfied with running the 320 2100 which is suggested on a few sites. Will the 2800 run 2 boards in series close to 320 watts? Also what are the waterproof cable connections called they use on the HLG models?
