I've been craving fish.

Pork chops, brined of course. Potatoes, carrots, and greens with bacon ends. The bacon was homemade and the greens came from the garden and picked today. The pork chops I cut from a whole pork loin. Everything was drizzled with garlic butter after plating. My lady called it a 9 out of 10.

Not sure what is more fun, growing or cooking ?

Or is it eating and smoking ?

Roast pork & spud slices, sweet peas and onions, gravy and sour cream !

Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a touch of cinnamon. Hickory chips on the Webber. So good

I might try it. I would have to buy cinnamon , as all mine is mixed with sugar .

Just go lite it's one you can easily overdo.....then it's not good. Extremely lite. When it's right it's a game changer.

I think I'll go to the smoke shop and get one of those little seasoning bottles with the measuring spoon. Thats a way to portion it . Thanks man .
