Native El Pasoan here. Contacted last year by a friend. A local (Alaska) politician and her husband had been arrested at the checkpoint east of El Paso with some brownies. A gift for some friends they were headed to visit.

Brownies are a concentrate in Texas so both arrested and charged with felonies. Called a friend down there and got the number for THE lawyer. No idea the cost but she (the politician) got off entirely when the husband claimed them as his. Then the lawyer got it pleaded down to a misdemeanor. That involved a hefty fine and probation. Then he had to pay to get Alaska to oversee probation for a “crime” that’s not a crime at all here.

Texas sucks.

Because I keep running into potential buyers who already have a better quality supplier at the same price

Yeah in texas over 4 grams of shatter or any type of thc concentrate is a first degree felony with a range of 5 to 99 years

They've stopped hitting most though on heavy charges there. I'm a born and raised southern boy (Louisiana) and its not bad anymore really and about to get Better.

May have to take up a trade. How infuriating is it to try to compete on a black market with inferior product and have legal markets surrounding you? I mean, how willing are "sex workers" to lower prices on a bj or some half n half? Maybe line up 3 or 4 of them and have a bidding war. "Sucking them deep and selling them cheap." Maybe figure out if water runs uphill and get into plumbing. Lots of money and rarely any jail time.
Yes, TX Sucks. It is the head of the pimple on the ass of america. My state is inflamed and infected too. Butt, it's all of us, not just america.
