Cabbage gotta be soft with corned beef.
You're right. I used to like it all mushy but now I like it with some texture. At least the sauerkraut on the next day Reuben's had some crunch to it.
I now have a craving for some Larb Gai with a wedge of raw cabbage and other crispy vegetables and some sticky rice.
