Rooted clones are drooping and yellowing a couple days after transplant from plugs to soil.

I used the brown clone plugs for a batch of clones with clonex rooting gell. Two weeks later the majority were ready to transplant. I transplanted them in small pots of bio bizz light mix soil and a half a low strenght amout of bio gro and hygrozyme as well as some microbes. I dunk the clone plugs in Monterey (spinosad) solution for preventitive measure before planting in pots.
Before transplanting I had the humidity dome removed for 2 or 3 days in the same enviornment with no drooping occuring.

Lights- T5 Veg bulbs 24/0 about 5-6 inches away from canopy
Temp- 70-77degrees
Humidity- 40-45

Its now 2 days post transplant and the plants are drooping and yelloiwng some even have brown tips already. This was never an issue for me transplanting in the past untill recently and now this happens about 50% of the time I go from cloneplugs to smaller pots. Last time I ran a bunch of water through them and it didnt seem to really change anything. They got significantly worse but the eventaully came around in about 2 weeks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you do a spinosad dunk in the past before you've experienced this issue?

I've used spinosad in the garden as a spray, but haven't heard of it used as a root dunk; it's certainly not listed on the bottle.

Im thinking maybe I went to intense with the light for freshly rooted clones. I have two 4ft-8 bulb T5 units and they were only 5-6 inches away from the tops of the plants added with the low humidity was maybe my problem... I misted them down, turned lights to 50% and raised them a couple feet as well as put 6 hours of lights off vs 0. Hoping they recover soon.

If anyone is reading this post down the line for a similar issue... I found the problem was a combination of to low humidity and having the lights to close/bright for directly after a transplant from clone plugs. I upped the humidity to 50-65 as well as cut back the lights/ raised them a few feet for 3 days. Everything is coming back to healthy.

What I found weird was that; I do still have some clones that rooted a bit slower still in in trays/plugs right near the transplanted ones that didnt droop or turn yellow at all. So I guess it was mostly the shock of transplanting ontop of the low humidity and high light conditions. Thats the one thing that made me think it was something else.
