I'm curious is all. I don't see a benefit of having "Male Seeds" in a population but the plant does.
You should do what you wish here.
One thing is that those genetics failed in stress test. Only you know what the conditions of the stressors are so it would be a decision for you to make.
If this had been a forced expression of sex, say with colloidal silver, that is one thing to consider. If not then breeding is suspect in my mind.
I can see doing something if I had a lone plant from special genetics I was trying to rescue and it was a Male. I might force sex on it for the purpose of generating something to work with but in my mind that is a very special case and obviously the genetics would have to be mixed with something to get back to regulars. I mean *IF* this is seriously important then perhaps it would be a reasonable step.
Again I ask for no favor here I am simply curious for an answer.

Hermaphrodite Cannabis plants can occasionally occur. This means a plant develops both male and female flowers in the same individual. Hermies should be eliminated from your crop immediately after detecting them or else they'll start pollinating your other plants.Dec 23, 2019
I'm not wanting genetics that have a surprise in store for a breeding program on down the line.
So, therein is the reality. For breeding it is best to start with stable genetics. Breeding takes years in most cases.
Stressing is a part of a breeding program so there is that truth.
Hermaphrodite seems to be the way a plant can fall back on for reproduction.
Believe it or not plants are aware. Have a read of Darwin's "Root Brain." for the proof of that.
I mean hasn't everyone gone to the garden with several plants and felt like they were talking to each other until the human showed up?
Plants will try and shade other plants to succeed towards reproduction. That's an overt act and one of a "in it to win it" plant.
The ones I have emit stingy itchy something into the air. It's an oil that gets on the walls. They spray something that irritates my eyes and skin slightly and I sneeze and sneeze. I go in water and get out trying not to provoke them. It is their Universe of life after all. I'm just the gardener.
