I would change your nutes. I know I did because of what your leaves look likeMy bf uses fox farm nutes and the feeding schedule
Are FF nutes acidic? My bf uses fox farm nutes and the feeding schedule
They normally are acidic....Are FF nutes acidic?
Soil acidification is a natural process in high rainfall environments where leaching slowly acidifies soil over time.
- Intensive agriculture can speed up soil acidification through many processes – increasing leaching, addition of fertilizers, removal of produce and build-up of soil organic matter.
- Of all the major fertilizer nutrients, nitrogen is the main nutrient affecting soil pH, and soils can become more acidic or more alkaline depending on the type of nitrogen fertilizer used.
- Nitrate-based products are the least acidifying of the nitrogen fertilizers, while ammonium-based products have the greatest potential to acidify soil.

Looks like they're doing better. I figured your grow got scrapped. LolJust a update. My girls are finally maintaining ph, 4 of my plants took some pretty bad damage from it, 2 are pretty good. I wanted to share some pics in case anyone was interested! I know some are super crispy, but they are finally fattening up.
I know it was PH lockout, i know ppl don't trust testing water run off, but i stand by it. I surface limed them (followed the bags direction) and saw a small increase in ph the following watering, that sadly only lasted one more cycle, so i relimiled at 1.5 times what they suggested (my plants had fully stalled on growing i decided if i over limed id cut the crop then.) Luckily it seems to have done better, this was the 4th watering and its finally maintaining 6.5. I have seen major bud growth. Sadly i have not been able to pinpoint to cause of the issue, i can only speculate a chemical reaction in the happy frog soil, as it wass going in balanced, and comming out acidic as hell. This is going to eat my yield, but they are frosty and not the worst i have seen (bud wise lol) i will be taking over the entire grow next winter, so im trying to get my grow plan in order, and will be doing a ton of research, any tips would be appreceated! Thanks for all ur help!Looks like they're doing better. I figured your grow got scrapped. Lol
So it was a ph problem? Are you able to explain how you figured it out, and what you did to remedy it?
Watch the build a soil 10x10 series on youtube. Watch all the videos, at least the first season. A couple times if you have to. It's very informative, and he explains it to a pretty basic level.I know it was PH lockout, i know ppl don't trust testing water run off, but i stand by it. Nice, but they might have fattened up more if you had given them another 2 weeks.Harvested one of my girls, not the biggest buds ive grown, and not the smallest, but all things considered im happy
They were 12! days past their 70 lolNice, but they might have fattened up more if you had given them another 2 weeks.
Congrats. I was wondering what happened with your grow.Harvested one of my girls, not the biggest buds ive grown, and not the smallest, but all things considered im happy
Breeder timelines don't mean much of much. Especially given everyone's different setups, lights, nutrients, styles of plant training, etc. They were 12! days past their 70 lol
I get that! I saw signs of late herming too, so i just pulled them. The tricombes are to the level of amber i like as well!Breeder timelines don't mean much of much. Especially given everyone's different setups, lights, nutrients, styles of plant training, etc.
