Mandala seeds is back. I first found Mandala back in 06-07 and ran some hashberry and speed queen. I had good results and remember the plants being very resilient to stress and easy to deal with.

I picked up another small order recently for nostalgia purposes and the stealth shipping was fantastic.

I have run Mandala's gear and love it. They were back in December 2020 after a year or two hiatus. I have grown some Hashberry, 8 miles high, mandala 1, and Kalichakra outdoors in the past with success at 42 N. I'll get around to reviewing them here. I have some pics around somewhere I'll post with it. Let me just roll up some hashberry to get inspired.:bigjoint:

I unfortunately forgot to take pictures of these plants growing, but I can tell you all about my experience with them. I have run a couple in the hoophouse. Wide "indica" leaf type with a heavy side branching structure. Has exhibited variable stretch in the beginning of flower of 1-2x. Insanely dense nugs that stack heavy on every node with a stench of oranges, berries, cemphor, and a pinch of spicy/earthy/hashy. Variable bud rot/mold resistance mostly due in part by bud density. Variable PM resistance as I have had plants getting slapped by PM right next to another that might have a spot or two. I will say though that live extractions of hashberry yielded great amounts of terp sauce. This is a straight hashplant from Kashmir. Pictures are from FT hoophouse grown 100% organic. I have the most experience with this one. I think it is a great twist almost an improved version of durban poison. The nepali sativa creates a better structure than the durban and that little bit of purple indica helps with the bud structure. A mostly sativa plant with med to long internodes, medium stretch 1-1.5x, very dense nugs that are PM and bud rot resistant. Sometimes you can find that purple recessive pheno that tastes/smells like candied grapes, but some are enhanced fruity durban terps and some citrus/incense/hash. Finishes early in late September first week of October.

I had some of those mandala #1 beans back then and gifted a pack to a buddy but he never follow through with them....Also had a pack of the satori and never got to run em. They sent a freebee of the Rishi Kush and I really like the description. I'm not looking for weed that spaces me out I just want a nice chill smoke that gives me munchies.

I have read the apple terps from Mandala 1, and can kind of smell that every once in a while. Reminds me of that tart smell of tannin with a little sweetness. That 8 miles high is something special too. I'll get around to posting some pictures and a review of it sooner than later.

Yeah I ran it. Terps were wild on the sativa leaning pheno reaking of paint thinner. The indica leaning one was done early-mid september that had a very hashy smell. I could see the indica dom being worth it for someone above 45 N, or with a short summer. The Sativa was larfy loose that had mold issues and was done late September - early October. Like I said I am digging the paint thinner terps so I'm going to do an extraction.

This is my experience from 2 plants run full term outdoor. So take it for what it is. I was not happy with these at all, no marketable buds really. One of the bigger disappointments in the garden last year. :bigjoint:

I have ran her for four seasons outdoor, mostly in a hoophouse at 42N. Very fast to show sex,and start to bud up, but she takes her time to fully finish out. I have always gotten a grapefruit, tangerine, earthy, forest floor, with a touch of pine here and there from the smell. Very high resin content, especially with the indica leaning pheno's. The plants require extra support do to massive medium/dense nugs. Plants finish 1st to 3rd week of October, which can be very wet and cold over by me. Seem to have moderate pm resistance, but are very bud rot prone. I have lost a good amount due to rot in the past. Must be very vigilant with her late in flower. She can make up for it with her taste, upbeat sativa high, and bag appeal. :bigjoint:

I hope they have their shipping issues resolved, it was pretty bad a year or so ago.
I have grown out just about every Mandala strain they have, but never found that keeper.
Devi and Mike are great folks, always had a good experience with them.
