I would do 80-82F for HPS and 84-88F with LED. But it also depends on how good your air circulation is.

You may have already run this room and setup and don't need me to be questioning your setup or configuration, so if I'm off base here, my bad. Am I reading right that you have a 16x16 room, with 7 Gavitas (1100watts each, or 750watts each? I don't know much about'em or which ones you have) and "only" 12,000 Btu of ac? Is that gonna be enough cooling for this heat load?I got 12,000 Btu Emerson cool mini split. 250 pint dehumidifier, 7 gAvitas, number 10 copper wire. Double 40 breaker. And ebb n flow trays.
You ain't tripping. He'll need around 30-36000 bTU AC to cool that room proper.@MrStickyScissors I just read in the other thread you said "

5200W or 7700W of HID lighting (depending), plus the dehumidifier, and other stuff, seems like alot for 12,000 Btu of cooling.
Am I trippin'? It's quite possible, I'm tired as fuck.
@MidnightSun72?
Why is there wood and carpet in there? That looks like a invitation for mold mildew and bugs. Hopefully not the area you're going to flower in.There looking good. I need to make like 50 more haha
Lighting alone is over the cooling he has currently. He's setup for failure it looks like. You ain't tripping. He'll need around 30-36000 bTU AC to cool that room proper.
If you got 10k invested, may as well go all out and use proper gas.I have about 10k in
yeah your ac is going to be working HARD. I would not use burners with hps, for sure use gas tanks.I’m running 7 de hps great air circulation
I’ll add one moreIf you got 10k invested, may as well go all out and use proper gas.

Like LordHooha said, it likely won’t work.
Youll need more mini splits, or scrap the sealed room idea, and set up a big ol outtake fan with some uv light sterilizing on the outtake for smell and just run a non Co2 room.

It’s a really nice unit if it doesn’t cool it I’ll simply buy another oneIf you got 10k invested, may as well go all out and use proper gas.

I didn't notice the carpet. Thought it was concrete.Lighting alone is over the cooling he has currently. He's setup for failure it looks like.
you will need another 2 if you are buying that same model. For each watt you spend in your room you need 3.41BTU of cooling. This include the watts of any fans, pumps, lights, dehumidifiers etc. It’s a really nice unit if it doesn’t cool it I’ll simply buy another one
I’ll get another 1I didn't notice the carpet. Thought it was concrete.

Dude no hate there's literally no reason for me to.hate on your little grow man. I was just letting you know.i have 25 tons of cooling per room for 6 rooms and 5 for the others. I had 2 36k that were just finished getting installed for my drying room.Stop hating
yah i seen it and was like thats how you get sick right there or ruin some shit.I didn't notice the carpet. Thought it was concrete.

Came across that way, I don’t care how small or big someone’s grow is I still show love. To each their ownDude no hate there's literally no reason for me to.hate on your little grow man. Room humidity, plants in general a lot of factors. Why in the good god damn would you want carpet in a grow area. Rip that shit out. If there's plywood there for the subfloor it'll rot quick. How? It’s in a ebb n flow
Then I’ll buy 5 more a/c Thanks for pointing that out for me thoDude no hate there's literally no reason for me to.hate on your little grow man. I give hard and blunt truths on things..I'm going to either tell you it's good to go or it's fucked and setup to fail. No reason to sugar coat stuff. People are too sensitive about things.Came across that way, I don’t care how small or big someone’s grow is I still show love. To each their own
