What would you say this ph is?

I use a drip kit to test my ph and I could use another set of eyes if you’d be so kind (I fucking hate drip tests for this reason lol)View attachment 5074793View attachment 5074794
I'd guess about 6.5. Interesting fact, 1 in 12 guys are color blind. I guess some don't even realize it.

I’ll say it,
in soil/pro-mix it does not matter
Fresh chum is in the water
I started off my cycle with this thought. I only started checking ph when I had an issue and couldn’t pinpoint it. Figured it was the easiest method to see if it was the problem. Was avoiding the cal mag suggestions-problem is still kinda going on so I dunno at this point

We need more info. Soil, nutrients, ect. Pics help tremendously too.

And pH does matter even though the soil microbes will help buffer the pH.

I’ve posted on the issue a few different times and thought people were just sick of the questions by now lol, but here goes

3x3x6 2 plants in 5gal fabric pots (just transplanted from 3gal about two weeks ago)
FFOF/FFHF have fed no nutes yet, also do not water from above the plants (no water has dropped on leaves)
Day time temps/RH 79~83 45% (just flipped to 12/12 yesterday, RH prior was around 65 if I remember correctly)
Night time temps 72~75, same RH
6” inline exhaust, 2 clip fans acting as intake and I’ve got 5 clip fans spread throughout the tent.
So some leaves early on started looking crunchy and were developing spots that turned a rusty color-originally someone mentioned to add cal mag, I haven’t because I didn’t think it was a cal mag situation-I could be wrong though. There was also some cases of twisted spots on leaves. Plant overall looks healthy, plenty of new growth, but some new growth is showing the same issue. I started with monitoring ph and have been observing since-been a few weeks and still wouldn’t say I’ve seen an “improvement”, but plant stil seems healthy to me

Yes well I’ve noticed people who step up monitoring ph suddenly start paying attention to better watering practices hmmmm
So it’s totally possible they are linked but I still haven’t checked ph in years unless my medium is liquid
But I’m all about learning
While I’m on the subject of grow skills
I haven’t bought Calmag in a decade
Cause I’m not practicing :bigjoint:

That's what I'm talking about. What water are you feeding? Well, city, distilled? And are you adjusting pH?

I'd be on the lookout for bugs though. I think I see some suspicious shit.

But that was the type of info that helps everyone diagnose the issue.

Well water if I’m not mistaken, out of the tap it’s ph is 8+. I’ve started to adjust by adding .5~.75ml ph down. I did also have a humidifier running almost 24/7 until recently-it put a lot of white mineral build up in the air. Found some random tiny white spots and was thinking pests, under magnification I saw it was the same type of stuff on top of my humidifier. Not saying I couldn’t have pests, but those white spots I looked at were not

Throughout veg (while in 3 gal pots) I was giving appx .75 gal per plant about every 4-5 days. Since switching to 5 gal it’s been 1.5 gal each every 3 days

Do you know the ppm? And I wouldn't use that water in my humidifiers.

I'd check for bugs before you worry about pH if it was me.
