Hey Guys,

Growing in a tent indoors having some issues with the top leaves. Using dry amendment organics and have my lights (quantum) at around 65k. Any help would be much appreciated!

Anytime I see clawing it automatically register to me as a nitro toxicity. It's also looks like you got some bug damage on the leaves, so it could be that as well.

Well I don't think it's light burn because not all the top leaves are affected and the yellow is more like patchy areas. Suggestions an issue in the root zone causing nutrient uptake issues.
I agree that you soil looks funky. Real dense, and dry looking. I also see some of your leaves are clawing and twisting which suggestions too much moisture is staying in the root zone. So either you're watering too much or the soil has too much moisture retention or possibly a combination.
pH issues can cause this type of yellowing due to nutrient lockout, and not knowing your pH I suppose this is possible. But in soil, especially that soil, I'd be willing it's more of a moisture problem. Keeping the roots too wet causing the plant to not uptake nutrients.
*These are just best guess with so little info but I'm pretty confident.

You know, some more details would really help. Like what's your temps, rh, nutrient details, ect. They really look like something is out if whack but hard to tell from pictures alone.

I wouldn't kill anything other than bugs. Have you been dealing with mites already this grow? I have no experience in Costa Rica entomology but usually there's things to try and rid yourself of the pests.

A few things you could try.
Predatory control.
Not instantaneous death for the thrips, takes a while for them to get established but they do work.
Ìf say they recommend 8 bags of predators for your area I would double up and buy 16 sachets to be sure, if you can afford it.

Or Botanigard 22 WP biological insecticide.

Other sprays and predatory insects are available
