Yeah probably within the next week or two. Going to get them on 18/6 to get them accustomed to a little bit of darkeness. Im just waiting for my first batch to be about done (another week or two and they'll be ready).

DAY 33 (DAY 29 OF VEG)
I went out and bought a timer to put my plants on 18/6, which will start tonight. I also accidently broke off a side branch that i tried bending to keep it from touching the lights. Guess I bent it too hard. Well I attempted to clone it so we will see if it works out, I dont even know if its a female or not. Im going to be out of town this weekend so I'm a little concerned with my tallest plant almost touching the lights. I know 18/6 will slow it down but im thimnking i should tie some branches down.

whats up man! i see you over at my homie BuddyJesus's journal and figured id check you out. i really dig your stealth veg box, id call it the ninja chamber but thats just me...
i use twistie ties with washers hung from them if i need to control height or otherwise train my girls. maybe that'll work for you while your away.

I saw you ordered seeds online and got them right quick...I've been trying to come up with a safe, secure way to do it myself. I have my work address I could ship them to no problem, the only problem I'm having is every single throw-away credit card I find is only good for use IN the united states...so I'm getting to a point where I might be stuck using my own card, which the billing address is the spot. Not a good trail in my opinion...
Any input?

If you have to use your credit card, make sure you never ship it to where your going to grow! Its ok to have the same billing address, just ship it to somewhere else, If you have a friend you can trust just ship it there. the packaging is real discrete so no ones knows whats inside.
Most places accept money orders, and cash works well, its just a little more risky although your still ordering something illegal, so i guess it balances out.

Honestly, I just shipped mine directly to my place. Some people would say this is a bad idea, but I think sometimes are a little too safe. My stuff got through customs without being opened or tampered with. There is no return address so they do not know who the package is coming from. Unless they open the package and see the seeds in there, you should be straight
As far as my plants touching the lights, I turned off a set of my powerstrip to slow growth a little, plus the plants were pretty much touching it already. Hopefully when I get home tomorrow night they will be doing ok. That's why there are no pics yesterday or today. Soon!

I've tried asking a couple people to use their cards, but those I've asked aren't too cool with the idea, and not ALL of my friends really know I have this grow room in my house (which I'd like to keep it that way), so my options in that route are pretty much ran dry...
I have a shipping address I can use just fine - to one of our offices at work to a name of a guy who no longer works there...sounds fine to me since I'm the fella who gets the mail each day! I am half considering just ordering them up (using the t-shirt shipping method) on my own card...just not too keen on the idea of having my name associated with the billing, when shipping is going to my place of business as well. Just seems like a red flag...yes this is me being overly paranoid and skeptical. However, the way I'm thinking is that the only people who will even SEE the billing info are the seed folks overseas....I suppose it just becomes a matter of fully trusting that online retailer and their noncooperation with any sort of law officials.

right, i understand that getting busted rarely happens because you had seeds shipped to your grow, but do you really want to risk it? I wouldn't. especially since most people are stupid and do things like steal electricity and make it very obvious that there's a grow going on.

Well I got back and I almost shit my pants when I walked to check my babies. My! My! How you've grown! Now there was slight burning from touching the lights but it's really not terrible, I was expecting worse. I cant believe how much they grown just from 2 days. My clone seems to be doing ok...it grew another node so thats good, right?lol These plants have outgrown my veg chamber and will be going into flowering tomorrow. Cant wait!
Anyways, I didnt get to check on my first batch thats in flower cause it was already in its dark cycle before I got home. I had a good time in chicago and dropped some cash on some new glass. Picked up a zong steamroller, a new grinder, and a volcano bong. Ill have some picks of these sometime soon. It does help to be smoking sour diesel all weekend, included with pics.

Hot damn....looking really good!! I'm just not understanding how you get your plants in veg to bush up so crazy. The ladies we have in veg grow pretty well, but do not get anywhere near as bushy as this. And so once they go into flower they don't have nearly the amount of bud sites as these beauties will......any suggestions?

I cant say for sure, but my bushiest plant was the one I topped. I topped it after 3 weeks I think. I think I may top all my plants in the future depending how this topped one turns out in flower (praying for a girl). It could be the nutrients I used, first time using them. PureBlendPro formula, its a 3 part system. These strains are supposed to stay short and bushy, so genetics could be as well.
I also harvest one plant from my first grow which is about finishing up. It was just an Aerogarden grow. I wont be getting too much return on these babies but I learned what is necessary to be a successful grower!

Might not be the highest yields on that first one...but damn that's some premo buds. Plus it's all a learning process man...that's right where we're at. Jumped right on in and learn as we go along...

First day I threw my babies in my flower chamber. Burned my shoulder on my light when I was moving around in there. Fuck! That hurt! Anyways I'm water curing that bud I harvested today. Here are pics.

I added 15 ml of PureBlendBloom and 10 ml of Liquid Karma. Just a little during this first week of transition. I'm going back to the parents till sunday so there will not be any pic updates until sunday night on here.
I actually dont mind it too much because I get to come back and see how much they've grown. Here is updated pics, i also included one of the whole closet where you can see how crowded it is in there with the AG grow still finishing.
