thanks! she is a little beat up but that's mostly because she is in my breeding tent with 4 different strains that all like to be fed differently and I don't have the time to make 4 different feed solutions every day. When I run her in my flower tent she does much better. it's an extremely robust strain though and takes the abuse well.

I know exactly what it is. it's one half of a breeding project I've been working on. The plant in the picture is (get ready for it): ((Northern Lights x Skunk #1 x Shiva Skunk x Afghani) x (Pakistani Chitral x Super Skunk)). It was crossed and stabilized by the guy who helped me learn how to grow pot when I was a young lad.
I didn't end up using anything on them, the only thing I did that I wouldn't do with fresh seeds was scuff them with sandpaper. that being said, only 1 bean popped out of the 8 or 10 I tried to germinate. I may have had a higher success rate with ga3. once I got one to pop I cloned it as soon as it was big enough. one clone became a mother, another clone got self'd so i would have fresh seeds in case I lost the mother for some reason .
I wonder what northern lights was used and the afghani used pck is a good strain ultra dominant tho its like deep chunk or nyc diesel i find
As far as I know it was an NL#2 and an Afghani #1. I'd say that the Paki and the skunk are the dominant strains in this mix in terms of terpine profile and some of the flower structure, but the Afghani and the NL definitely make themselves known in terms of the high.

for sure. mine where kept in a cool dark place for most of that time and still had super low germination rates. super happy I got one to pop and have fresh seeds and a mom to keep the genetics around.

Crossed it with Royal Kush, which also grows well outdoors here. Stoked to see what the cross can do!
True that heard this on the potcast too what i wanna know tho more is does anyone have any thoughts about any breeders who are good with embryo rescue with seeds rather than s1ing cuttings?
Ive seen this happen to some and way i think of it is basically the seeds used most of its energy staying alive for decades or whatever in dormancy then uses whats left to pop but after that its like they just give up aint got the fight to do much and die and i talking about seeds that been cleaned prior to germ not cos of any pathogenic influence id say so idk its something I've thought over a few times luck imo can make the difference
