Id guess that they are overwatered. 2 liters is alot of water for a small plant. Imagine how much it would have to rain to soak like that in nature. I also might guess that if you didnt use any fluff up your mediums too dense. Perlite or lavarock work well. I use hydracorn personally. I look at my plant and ask myself how much the plant has in it when hydrated, and try to water accordingly. In veg l let my plants wilt all the time, some die. In flower l dont because l dont wamt to slow down for any reason, being on the clock and all.

my thing was is my soil I repoted with was damp so I never watered till today because they still never snapped back that was 5 days ago they was dropping and leaves where clawing so I watered lightly

You transplanted in dry soil without watering it after transplant it sounds like. I'd water the shit.

this is the biggest pot I've grown in usually I grow In 3.5 gallon pots these 5 gallon pots scare me just a little all I can think about is how wet the soil is down at the bottom smh hopfully the roots grow out and fix my fuck up

Main stalk looks to be turning purple. Id say improper feeding.
as in to much nutes I definitely over watered stalks look good I got some red in the branching but I'm thinking that's from over watering and stress from transplant Im using 5ml of micro and grow plus the knL and protek in 1 gallon I've never used the whole gallon I just mix it thst way
