Goons defending the Kenosha Killer said same about Floyd when Chauvin was on trial.i hear it's legal to shoot someone in the back now as long as you find out later that they did some other unrelated crime in the past. thats called being nuanced and logical and not emotional and biased
"It's totally legal to, if one gets frightened, shoot them in the back or slowly strangle them to death.". The jury didn't buy it in Chauvin's case but that's what the defense was selling. It might work for Rittenhouse, IDK.
