Co2 went from 280 ppm to 400 ppm in less than a century. It hasnt been over 320 ppm for 400,000 years

Same here, we have one elm left in the middle of a field and just hired a guy to come in and delimb 3 ash trees that are huge. Zebra mussels everywhere and now water fleas…….. but no climate change, worlds doing great we just need to find more dumps easy peasy.

So you are going to say that chopping down millennia of plant growth, burning everything we can dig up on a global scale the last couple hundred years, poking holes into the ground to release gas that we don't really bother to plug, has nothing to do with the current climate crisis?

I am always interested in the denial of our species polluting the shit out of our planet having a impact is always some selling tactic to keep on going the way we are burning everything, when we don't have to accelerate the global climate crisis.

Last two days have been beautiful in Central Illinois. Sunshine and cool seasonal temps with dry air. Welcomed after 13 days of rain out of 15. But much better than last year where we were going into fall with drought conditions. The farmers should be able to get back into the fields in a day or so.

January is the season for floods. The ground is sometimes frozen but no plants sucking up the water so what doesn't percolate down runs off in to the rivers..
