I fear it may be you that needs to educate yourself mate.

I’m guessing you’ve never seen a ripe cannabis plant if you can’t determine when this will be ready!

Hello,
First post.

Planted seeds March 1st, had indoors on a 18/6 light cycle. Planted in ground May 24 and they were growing nicely until mid July.
I have full buds growing
WHAT DO I DO, and when do I harvest?

I asked this question, because in 7 years of growing in this garden, I have never had my tangerine dream flower at the beginning/mid of July.
Was.hoping local people could help determine why and how long should.i let it go until harvest.
Any input master growers

You asked him what kind of smoke he was looking for?

And after growing for 7 years you don’t know what a ripe plant should look like?

Ffs really!!!

Look I’m gonna spell this out to you.

Harvesting early does not give you an energetic high and harvesting late does not give you a couchlock high.

Harvesting early gives you mild effects of what effect that plant will give you and they don’t last very long.

harvesting later gives more effects that plant should be giving you and lasts for longer.

It’s not Harvest early for sativa style energetic high and harvest Late for indica couchlock.

Harvesting time frames will not change a heavy indica into an energetic sativa.

no just no!
I agree harvesting early gives milder effects. I call it a lighter high. Sunset Sherbert that is fully mature will make my wife lazy and tired. But stuff I chopped early at 4, 5 weeks doesn't do that to her. She says it gives her motivation.

I don't think harvesting a sativa late is going to turn it into an indica. But I think harvesting a indica early makes it's more like a sativa than an indica.

Don't get out the pitchforks guys. I don't advise chopping early. I also agree that if you want sativa grow a sativa. You want indica grow an indica.

Here it comes, lol.
