I did 3 lengths of soaker hose x 8 ft. I wish I would have done 4 or even six now that I’m using it.Nice. I am starting to look around for something different for my watering system. How is your soaker laid out? Im using C-Sprayers in my 4x4 bed and to be honest there's too much spray/mist in the tent. Jacks my humidity through the roof and gets water outside the bed.
How many pieces of hose can you hook to one blumat?I did 3 lengths of soaker hose x 8 ft. I wish I would have done 4 or even six now that I’m using it.
still have to spray mulch constantly. What do you mean by c sroayers. I was honestly going to set something to spray and use soakers as well
As many as your want. You make a manifold with one carrot at one end. As many manifold connections can be custom,Then a deeper 10 inch carrot at the other end. Then it loops back to Rez.How many pieces of hose can you hook to one blumat?
Sorry to hear that. Your recovered now I hope?? Don’t worry it took me literally over a year to get mine unboxed and setup and I have no excuse. Lol.Love your journal and setup GreenMachine. My current grow was meant to be a 4x4 version, but I got covid right before I was planning on setting up the bed and transplanting. Now I have a big tarpful of dirt in the front yard, and my poor blusoak parts box sitting on a shelf looking sad. Your grow makes me happy.
I don't think those are hypoaspis miles, I think they are called mould mites or something like that. They are translucent not tan brown like the miles. Also has almost like little hairs all over its butt kinda. What’s going on here?

The real question.
Since I consider these little guys beneficials I’m always happy to see them around. Hypoaspis miles.
But why are they collectively trying to turn up my blumat!! Haha while watching them I couldn’t help but notice they were are circling, my wool had dried out a bit after harvesting but could they beneficials know that the soil needed water snd how to up the supply!! Welllll probably not but it’s fun to imagine.
although I am stumped. They didn’t appear to be feeding. Just circling
Nice. I’ll look into those. My cameras flash kinda changed their color. They did appear slightly tanI don't think those are hypoaspis miles, I think they are called mould mites or something like that. They are translucent not tan brown like the miles. I see them once in awhile usually see them on the pots and sometimes crawling all over my blumats
They are harmless BTW
Tyrophagus putrescentiae
I see what your saying now. Now that I’m looking closer maybe there is multiple species here. Some have that eyelash looking rear. Some are compelled round assed. In that last pic they look exactly like what was partying on my blumats......
Kinda clear and hairy looking

You put the dunks in your res? Your a brave Man.Well it took me two days to get new clones plugged in. Somehow my blumat got stuck at the end snd my bed was really dry. I’m thinking masquito dunk residue might be getting in my lines…
here’s the new round locked snd loaded. Black hole is the strain ( romulan x black lime reserve).

Yeah it’s been a struggle with them for sure. I’m thinking I’ll switch to a topical BT product like that. You put the dunks in your res? Your a brave Man.
I was scared to put them in, I figured they would clog the 3mm line for sure. I used the dunks every watering before I started using blurts and that shit is chunky when you mix it in your water. I battled gnats for years, the dunks seem to barely slow them down, kind of just kept them at bay.
Had to stop using them with the blumats, around 6 months ago I found a product called aquabac that I just sprinkle on my top dress under my dripper and now I am going through my second grow with no gnats. Only thing I have used that has actually 100% worked, love this stuff
It's also BTW but it worked a he'll of alot better than the dunksNatural Insect Control, NIC specializes in Canadian Beneficial Nematodes, grub control, Beneficial Insects, good bugs to control bad bugs. Organic, environment friendly products for home, garden, orchard and farm.
