This monster almost wiped out an entire turkey farm . Got him 1st morning

Wow, that is a big one! We have bobcats in our woods, only seen them a handful of times, but they're small.
Was the one you killed a necessity ? As in it was causing so much damage to the herd yiu had no choice? I'm not a hunter but i understand sometimes things havecto die to protect livestock.

Yes, I was actually hired for the one that was killed because he was wreaking havoc at a Turkey farm. Thanks for being understanding as im expecting some hate lol

This area for some reason is very dense with predators. Fox bobcat fisher coon weasels you name it

No Fisher for sure mink are similar but much smaller,ermine is just the name given to short and long tail weasels when they are in their winter white pattern

Females are on average the size of a ferret but males are or can be quite big

LOL I totally forgot.....I think we have.

I had a mink in the yard a few weeks ago. Haven't seen the ermine lately, but the chipmunk population is growing so that might change.

I tried doing what ya thinking few yrs ago,first off everything needs to be ground up [stinking lousy job] then every critter within miles will be on that pile ya talking some major stink,was not worth it for me,same with seaweed off the beach just not worth the effort.check out the surf an turf 7 bucks a bag I buy it by the truck loadView attachment 4131479

Yeah, it's a cycle isnt it? The coyotes move in here once the rabbit population starts to get outta control

I did pick up a couple bags of the Stonington to try but yeah I think it's overpriced.....

I also picked up some of their raised garden bed blend. I'd like to see how that is too. I think that was $12 a bag.

Is the raised garden bed the yellow bag? I've had good results with it all.

I've never tried tge Stonington, but yeah i agree, too expensive. It's basically coots mix.
