If it's just one plant in that space you will be fine should grow pretty big pictures would help people advise you better just make sure each branch has it's own space so air can flow well you can manipulate the branches easily if you do it straight away when the branches are still thin height will be more of an issue for you as 4×4 is pretty big for one plant what light they under

Panic is always an option.
Panic is a valid option lol. .I'm in a 120x60x160 tent and I've got 12" left to the lights which are strapped directly to the frame (driver is half an inch from the cross brace....no room to move up or out. Gained 14" over a week of stretch and that's with 340w of quantum board 12-14" away the whole time at full blast. Doesn't look like it has stopped yet either...good times. Only vegged for three weeks as it's two autos, so I'm defo going to get taller tents next time.

A 120x120x190 should be plenty for one plant though.

Just bend it down and tie it off.

Another option is to use a Plasma light that will penetrate tall canopies. These are the last 2 mother's I kept. I used that plasma light to flower them. It penetrated all the way through. It was an interesting experiment that I wouldn't do again as they were large and awkward to work with.
