I mean you could. You'd need an adapter for the size difference and you'll probably lose out on some cfm

You could try but it will be really hard to seal have fun with that duct tape maybe you could get a old rag or something fold it 1" thick and use that and the tape could work fingers crossed for you

I've run an 8" fan on 4" exhaust @ 50% power with no issues in the past. Just sounds like a stout clothes dryer running on the outside...

The reason I'm asking is my 4" infinity fan stays running. My tent is in my house. My house Temps stay 73, inside mt tent it stays 83-84. Just wondering if I hook up the 6" fan if it will pull more air from my bottom flaps to cool it off a couple more degrees to stay closer to 80. I have 414 watts of LED lights. I even mounted mounted driver from the TS1000 outside the tent. Is 84 degrees to hot?

84-85 degrees is the ideal temp for LED
