TOP Again?

FIM’d my girl to keep her short and bushy. Decided to let it go a while since I wasn’t 100 on where I should be trimming and what would be good Cola sites. Anyway, long story short, the top is still pretty high and uneven, and the rest had almost caught up... my question is, since I’m outdoors, and wanna keep it relatively short and bushy, and plenty of time to veg left I think (although I think she just showed a little pre flower today). Should I top this one at the very top part one more time to even the cannopy? Or just leave it alone. My guess is that the rest would catch up, but again, my neighbors would appreciate it not being 8ft tall. Growing outdoor obviously, in dirt, and feeding fox farm trio. Nice looking plant, lovely colour. Love the butterfly.
Drill a hole in the top of pot, thread a piece of string or wire through it and tie the offending branch down level with the rest of the plant or snap the stem so it falls over, it'll soon mend it's self.
Or cut it off level with the canopy and clone it.

Yeah I drilled holes all the way around for easy tying off. Everything is already tied down pretty tight. So o can just bend it down again to the side even more and tie off again? I’ll do that. Thanks for the kind words and speedy response. These monarchs swarm my garden ever since I brought in the weed. Idk if it’s timing, or that they love the grass, but hey love to land on that plant, daily.

Plants show preflowers this time of year because they have reached an age of sexual maturity, meaning that they are mature enough to reproduce/bud if the light cycles were right for it. It doesn't mean that they will continue to bud, just that if conditions were right that they could now. It's a little like puberty for humans.
But, you still have a couple of months before they truly start budding.

You really think that these are pre flowers?!!

I know what pre flower is. Thes look like full on buds though... and have been budding for three weeks now, progressively.

The monarchs are quite rare were I live
This time of year, I believe they are making their trek from Mexico to where ever they settle up north. Pretty wild how concentrated it gets here...in the city. I was shocked when I first moved here.

Appreciate the insight. Really do. Noob question here... if I do top it... I can go three nodes down... top, and that top can be cloned with rooting hormone and 24 hr light?

The Western Monarch Butterfly is nearing extinction. I've planted milkweed all around my yard which they need. Not that it will do any good. But it's all I got. It's really sad.
I was just talking about this with my wife not 5mins ago.
Looks like they are getting high on @Orangejoos supply and they're couchlocked. I guess I just solved it.
Seriously tho
Theres a big problem with monarchs they think it may be weather patterns or they are going somewhere else now that we don't know about or they are dying off.
Sad. They are gorgeous creatures and I plant alot of butterfly friendly flowers to attract them and feed them

Hard to say from the picture, I was just commenting based on your description; "I think she just showed a little pre flower today".

I've got a milkweed patch. The place is swarming with them this time of the year.
I'm planting a bunch more milkweed next year. I've got a bunch of seed pods growing and I'll harvest the seeds and make patches all around the yard.

I didn't see any Monarchs this year but I did see some yellow Tiger Swallowtails. I have been finding Woolly Bear caterpillars which turn into Tiger Moths. I've been moving them to a safe location as I find them. I have an area that I won't be disturbing so they can do what they need to do over the winter and emerge in the spring.
