He’s not wrong that I guess is weed looks very off putting and not right or safe. I bet it would fail for mold if it were something that I had to submit for testing. You may want to build out an actual room in your basement and get the right equipment.

Yes and I realized what I did wrong with my light. I did not follow the mfg's directions. I started a thread apologizing for being arrogant and explained my mistakes.
