Anyone try the philzon 600w dimmable led light? And how does it work for you?

I got 2 grow boxes in my basement. 1 Has 5 26w CFLs and one has the philzon 600w dimmable. The cfl box grows good (but I'll say a bit thin on the buds) plants. But the philzon always makes the bottom leaves slowly turn brown. Is the light missing something? IR, UV? I was gonna replace the CFL's with an other philzon light because I bought 2. But the plant always seems healthier with the CFLs. Anyone else have problems with the LED light? Both boxes are set up the same with the same feeding schedule, etc. except for the lights. small plant started it's 4th week on Monday and it is using the philzon lights. larger plant was 14 weeks with CFLsphilzon led.jpgcfl lights.jpg and on first week of flush.

The plant you claim to be "flushing"is probably 3 weeks or more from ready
The leaf issue is over feeding at some point
Are you having ph swings?

Oh CFL plant was an auto AK-47, and small plant is auto orange sherbert. I had a post asking about my 2 auto wedding cheese cake plants always turning brown. We thought it was nutes. And then it was too hot. moving the plants to my old boxes fixed it for a while when I planted the AK in my box with the CFLs. when I got my auto orange sherbert seeds from fast buds I planted them last month with same feeding schedule as the auto AK. But yet this is happening again. I'm at a loss.

Found out why my plants are having a problem. The philzon light does not have any IR or UVA diodes in them. And CFLs do emmit UVA and IR. that's why the plant did better with the CFLs, I hope. It would suck if I'm being bullshited to. So I have to supplement my LEDs or add a shitload of CFLs to my boxes. Oh the humanity. Anyone else have this problem? And how did you deal with it?

Many people use LED and don't supplement IR or UVA. Those missing spectrums are not what caused your issues.

Crazy, but the killer thing is with all other parameters being the same. My plants turn brown with the LED. But thrive with the CFL. I changed the lights. We'll see what happens to the plant.
Could just be the intensity bud. I had some plants under a Mars Hydro 150 watt light recently. They were doing perfectly fine and looked good. Moved them to my larger tent under my HLG 600 and they immediately started drooping and looking sickly. After a week of them looking horrible I took a light reading from where they were and turned the HLG down to give the same amount of light and they bounced right back. Some strains can be more sensitive, might just need some tweaking.

I am sure the light you have will do fine if you dial it in. It looks like you need to also lower your feed. Work with what you have as it will do the job. Lower your feed, dim the lights and give it a couple days. If the plants are not hurt too bad they could perk up.

But this feeding schedule grew my AK-47 to 3.5 feet. I have to make my boxes taller to get at least 4 feet out of my plants. Because they hit the lights that are taking 6 inches when fully raised to the top of the box. I put the plant in my CFL gro box. I think my philzon led lights are missing something that my cheap red, blue leds had. And the CFL also have. Infra Red light, and Ultra Violet light. We'll see what happens to the plant. Doer it get better or worse.

Sorry to not respond to this. But I find when most of the pistles are cloudy at harvest. And as you burp the buds they seem to make some red hairs. I like the THC more then CBD. It puts me to sleep.
