Does anybody know anything about this company? They only accept crypto and say they will ship out the product within 3-5 days after receiving payment. Well I ordered some Tropic Truffle from them and paid in LiteCoin. They accepted the payment on 01/04/2021 and it is now 1/12/2021 and still no movement on the product. I have emailed them a few times but nobody has gotten back to me at all. Is this a trustworthy company to buy from or did i just get screwed out of 100$???? Does anyone know of a trustworthy company that i can buy Tropic Truffle seeds from?

I recently placed an order also on the 21st of January I paid in bitcoin. They accepted my payment but that is the only correspondence I have had with them. I sent an email asking about a tracking number but have gotten no reply. Did you get your order ? i am curious to know did they email you back when you sent a email?

They were out of stock of the seeds I ordered and they said they sent me an email about it but apparently I never got it. Yea they responded back but just to be safe send them 1 email everyday. I can’t comment on their shipping and seed quality but I say they are somewhat trust worthy. If you can. Keep me updated on your program with them . Happy growing!

Did you ever get your order? They sent me an e-mail asking if i intended to pay for the order for which I had paid that morning. Of course I replied that I had already paid but they haven't replied to my correspondence in 3 business days & the order status still shows "Awaiting Crypto Payment".

Seriously, how difficult is it to reply to an e-mail?

I did get my order had good communication with them got my order in breeders pack that was sealed I’ll definitely do more business with them . Hope all goes well for you let me know I’ll be looking for your post

I hate seedbanks that think they can get away with poor customer service due to the nature of the product. Reminds me of 90s weed dealers that acted like they were doing YOU a favor by selling to you, then expected YOU to smoke THEM out from the stash you just bought. Let us know if you need any seedbank recommendations for places with good communication/customer service.

I’m not sure if they are a one man operation but I do know that they are a new company. I don’t think they have been around for more than a couple of years . The person that I corresponded with via email was named Paul . He was the only contact I had. I received my order within 5 days after placing it

Yea it may be a one man Op because I dealt with the same person, Paul. Nice guy but even though this seed bank carries rare strains there is no germination garruntee and it takes a lil while to ship after payment and email response is slow. Seed banks I would reccomend are growerschoiceseeds and ilovegrowingmarujuana.com. Limited selection but some good strains. I only go for fem photoperiods because I like to Veg for a while. Oh and if anyone knows where I can find a seeds for a strain called Tropic Truffle by Exotic Genetix came out in 2018. Please let me know it’s my wife’s favorite and I’ve been trying to track it down but it’s hard to find. Thanks!

I finally got a response. He said he has COVID. He asked when I paid even though it was already clear in the previous communications. Chalk it up to COVID delirium. I sent him a screenshot of the Bitcoin payment,. The order I placed now says out-of-stock. I still don't know if I'm going to get what I ordered.

Yea that happened to me too. It was in stock when I placed the order then out of nowhere it went out of stock and I couldn’t get what I ordered. He did offer me an exchange replacement seeds or a refund. Which he did within an hour of that email. So he’s not trying to jerk you around.

I wish you best of luck sir! Keep me posted on if he comes through or not. But you can’t blame him at all if he passes from having COVID. God forbid.

Thank you & I hope he isn't over exerting himself. I don't want to harm anyone. We all have enough stress these days.

hey offmymeds i hope you have gotten some response on your order .If you haven't just wanted you to know that BOS posted on IG today that he has been sick /traveling and that all outsanding orders will be shipped asap .Just fyi. Have a good one hope all goes well for you .Hope you get your gear
