I'm going to just repot my babies and grow them in the grow room under my new LED light until I start flowering the big ones. Nice clean pots standing by for the babies.



Already checked out spacing and they will fit nicely in my new, to me, 2x4 tent.

You mean that tallest one? I just lollipopped it and trained the branches out to the side in preperation to put a screen on it. It'll go in a 7gal pot on an angle to get the height down and be flowered with the other big one. I'll move the little ones upstairs into the tent while flowering is going on.

I don't think i will get a gram per watt. (350w plus 2 -~30watt lights) but i do think the larger plant is gunna get me a few ounces. The other plant idk. It doesn't look to be getting as bulky but the buds are so frosty. I have a feeling it will be top shelf quality.

The tent has a nice fruity smell. I have charcoal bags hanging but no filter on the exhaust.

On the big girl, the burn is still progressing but slowly, and showing a slight clawing. Shes just getting calmag and water now. Ill probably flush her now that shes clawing. After that, ill let her finish with whatever nutes are in the FFOF soil. Her colas are nice and long. I want them to fill out and get nice and fat now.

The burn seems to still be slowly progressing but barely. I think i made a mistake by continuing feeding Nitrogen after i transplanted to FFOF soil. I probably didn't need to feed at all at first and just used some bloom when I got to late flower.

Live and learn I suppose.

From this point on, no more N in feedings. (They have only had water since the burn appeared). They got a slight dose (around 1/4 strength) of blue planets bloom which is a 0-5-4 NPK ratio and some calmag today in PhD tapwater.

I checked runoff PH. Both are between 6 and 6.5. My pen is broke so i am using an indicator solution for now.

Very minimal burn so those plants will be able to get any N from the older leaves if the buds need more to fatten up. They look like they will do a big bloat the last couple weeks so don't be chopping too early.

Is that spotting happening all over? Damn near looks like mite damage or even too much ozone.

I'd be pulling out my magnifying devices and hunting for bugs. Regular mites are easy to spot by eye but those other ones are super tiny. Can't recall the name atm. Russet mites?

It doesn't look like any deficiency I've ever seen or read about but like I said looks like bug or ozone damage. If you're not using ozone then I'd be bug hunting to find out for sure.

Maybe the good @Dr. Who would drop by and check it out. If anybody would know it's him.

Update:

I looked for bugs. I still have some thrips so i sprayed some spinosad soap again along lower branches. But this new problem isnt really consistent with their damage. There seems to be fewer and fewer of them.

I think i have a nute lockout from over feeding. I flushed today with tap water and lowered the and clip on fan to the pot height to help it dry out. I think this lady will only get water for these last few weeks.

Another update. The spots look like a manganese deficiency. I have been scouring the internet about it for a few days reading everything i could.

Apparently excess of calmag can lockout manganeese. Its also possible that salt build up from just over feeding in general caused the lockout. I flushed yesterday. Today i will lightly top dress with more ffof and phd water to restore some balance to the soil.

Buds are still looking and smelling amazing though.

Doesn't look like a rare manganese deficiency to me or Jorge Cervantes. Tiny spots all over doesn't relate to any nutrient deficiency I know of.

I am not gunna pretend I am an expert on this and am speaking only from what i am reading online. It could very well be nonsense. The spots mightbe from a mite but i looked under 50x magnification pretty thoroughly and saw none.

I think the flush getting excess salts out should at least help with the burn even if it wasnt a lockout.

I do have spinosad, neem oil, and Diatomatous earth. They will get treated for pests in the morning because i don't think the thrips are fully gone yet. It takes alot of searching but i still see one occasionally. If there is also a mite that should kill them too i hope.

Those don't look like the leaves you showed in the pic of that spotted up leaf. That pic you just posted looks more like advanced Mg deficiencey. Mn deficiency is pretty rare and I would suspect something blocking it rather than a lack. It shows up first in newer leaves as it's an immobile nutrient and the plant can't steal it from older leaves like it can with NPK, Zn and Mg to support new growth.

That pic of low Mn I put up is from jorge Cervantes deficiency guide and pretty accurate. Need to read all the clues and it's really helped me pinpoint problems.

Total feeding strength and overfeeding is what causes N toxicity in plants IMO, not so much nutrient ratios. I aim for a NPK of 3-1-4 from start to finish and my girls are always happy.

I haven't used any "bloom boosters" like PK in over 15 years. It does more harm than good in my opinion in most situations. Running to high P and K is detrimental for potency. If you look at the literature regarding the subject Cannabis thrive at lower P levels and moderate amount of K. Cheers!

Buds on the sick girl are still getting huge. The tops are maturing alot faster and probably will be ready to chop first.

In terms of treatment, @OldMedUser i think you are right about it Mg not Mn.

They got watered again today with phd water and calmag. The fabric pot dried pretty quick after the flush with the fan blowing on it. Hopefully this will set her right and she can just finish on PHd water. Doesn't look like they will take more than a few more weeks anyway

My new PH pen arrived today so i will be calibrating it shortly and will do a slurry test to get a better reading of the soil ph.
