Unfortunately like WizzleBiz said, you chopped early, very early. If there was any amber on the flowers it was from physical damage. You know trichomes will amber if damaged, right?
Impossible for the flower to be completely cloudy when the whole plant looks like that. No reason to be upset, but you are wrong.
Cloudy trichomes are at peak THC content and potency. Chopping that early will give you reduced yield and potency in your harvest. Doesn't matter how stoned you got off half a fast dried joint.
In the end you are right. You like it that way so I don't give a shit when you chop it. We're just letting you know could have a better product.
